did 2 sets biceps very light for fun after my shoulder/triceps workout today.. are you kidding me? veins are showing MUCH better after just 4 days

Raise your elbow to make it parallel with the ground, slowly pump one serving on shoulder(can be in a line or one big pool, I prefer a line) and the rub away with inside of your arm. Should cover whole shoulder plus upper pec/traps. Getting it on rear delts is hard though
 
I dunno if its possible already but my skin is more oily and some pimples have appared(chest,back,face) after 6 days of use.
Everything else is same, supplements,diet,sleep, water intake ect. So I guess this is a signs something is working? : )
 
Applied my 1st pump of Exotherm after a shower - not felt anything not even warm feeling but OK will see how this works in next 5-6 weeks until I finish this bottle.

I like how no flakes after application like it was with Formeron so looks like solubility has been improved with Exotherm.

Will bump to 2x 1 pump on day 3 then after a week adding Viron and Follidrone.

Anybody having any issue regarding taking Exotherm too late or too close to the bed time or no effect on ease to fall a sleep?

If taking 2 or 3x a day how many hours apart are you taking 2nd and 3rd dose?
 
Hi,

I just received two bottle of Exotherm from Tgbsupplements (long journey, I live in Italy). I notice that there is a little white-yellowish grainy precipitate in both bottles. On application it seems not to dissolve/penetrate, leaving some yellow residue on the skin, is that normal? Thanks

I haven't seen any granules in my bottle.
And there is no residue after it dries.

Let's see what brundel has to say about it.

Here's a photo, It's one pump on a cleaned black background, partially spreaded with a spatula, also cleaned.

I stirred the bottles and temperature here is normal.Invalid Link Removed
 
That looks exactly like what my Exo looks like. As for granules and absorption, mine dries and absorbs very fast. Most of the granules break down when applying. I spread it very thin over a wide area do I don't notice any skin tint. I have olive colored skin though so it's not noticeable. Your product looks perfectly fine to me. Brundel did note that the transdermal carrier is jam packed full to the max, so granules are not a bad sign.
 
With Exotherm getting such rave reviews it's next on my purchase list for sure. I read earlier that it isn't suitable for women to use but is there a product that would be effective and safe for a woman to use that is similar to Exotherm?

Well, I hope this isn't in bad taste, but two ingredients of Exotherm can be found in other supplements, although not transdermally. You can probably google the two ingredients and figure out which products have them.
 
Aromatase inhibitors aren't recommended for women, but there are plenty of topical and transdermal fat burning products that would be fine for women. Our other fat burner, Incinderine is also a great choice. Look into Evomuse's product line for quality td fat burners without Aromatase inhibitors.

Been on it for a week now during PCT. I love it. Leaning out some more but my weight is holding steady. Been able to cheat a little more! :). Also, I feel great shortly after applying similar to the mood boosting effects of Dermacrine. Not sure if that's normal or just in my head though!

Sounds like ExoTherm is strong enough of an AI to increase test. :)
 
I'm loving it too! Leaning out nicely. I left the bottle in my car yesterday for about 30 min on accident... Texas heat got to it.. Invalid Link Removed
 
no doubt this product works! Im gonna lower the dose to 2,5 or maybe even 2 pumps cause I got breakouts on chest and back. In this moment I dont really care about it cause I have no gf :D If I had one I would stop using it.

yeah just make sure the top is secured and put it in a ziplock bag and it SHOULD be fine :)

Don't know about US airline rules but with most world airline safety regulation for hand luggage you take with you on the plane says bottle can be max 100ml and Exotherm bottle is 120ml so they would take it away from you and not let you board with it.

But putting it in your luggage that goes in luggage part of the plane that will be OK.

This was one of the reason I suggested brundel already in Feb to make 100ml bottle and not stick with 120ml but still OK since now for travellers we also have Letrone option to put in hand luggage.
 
My 1st week on Exotherm has passed so far noticed slight effects that are not what most experience - first 2 days I actually had increase in appetite and I don't feel any warm sensation after applying and even now with 34 Celsius (93 Fahrenheit) heat wave I don't experience any extra sweating.

From day 4 I'm on 3x 1 pump not even experiencing extra peeing or waking at night to pee so will see if week 2 brings anything to notice.

Today is day 8 and I've start adding 1 cap of Viron then at day 11 I'll add Follidrone.

In all fairness I'm using Exotherm (and adding Viron & Follidrone) mainly for general well being so I didn't expect any noticeable results from Exotherm in first week.

Sometimes even Viron I feel at the end of 2nd week and since hormonal changes do take a bit longer to show effect I'll let myself be surprised how this ends after bottle is finished in around 4 weeks.

Is anybody else also not experiencing much after a week or 2 of using Exotherm alone?
 
Honestly, after one week...it wasn't definitive for me. I THOUGHT I was feeling some warmth, but wasn't really sure. I haven't really noticed increased sweating. Maybe when I begin a workout I feel increased sweating and heat for the first 5-10 minutes, but then it goes away. I normally sweat a lot anyway and honestly, my sweating may have decreased.

I am beginning to wonder whether the increased heat and sweating reported is psychosomatic. Or maybe I just am different.

Regardless, I am getting some measurable indicators, IMO, that this stuff is effective. My run may not be super scientific, but I don't see many products where you can measure any results.

I've lost over an inch off my waist in 2 weeks and gained strength while on a PSMF.
 
I dont know if everyone will experience excessive heat or sweating. It was mentioned by several testers though so its something that we came to expect.
Doesnt mean its working or not though.
The other thing is the diuretic effect is sometimes very pronounced and sometimes not so much. I think this is determined by your starting level of aromatase. If it was exceptionally high then lowering it will have a more pronounced effect. If it was already in normal or low normal range the diuretic effect will be minimal.
Keep at it. The components within the bottle are very solid.

With regards to the increased appetite-
Atractylodes macrocephala increases Ghrelin which of course makes you hungry. So this is a sign its working ;)
It also increases HGH and igf-1 and thyroid function etc etc so....you may not even notice the ai effect as much as other things like appetite.
 
I'm about one week in, maybe a bit more. But I feel some warmth sometimes, hunger has increased a bit I know forsure, I see a tightening effect aswell. I spilt a little in my truck from the heat but not that much & I'm having troubles getting a full pump from the bottle... I get some then the rest of the pump there's nothing, so I have to kinda guesstimate how much I'm putting.. Overall I like the product and can't wait to see further changes!

I've ran everyday @ 3 pumps


Also I've had no problem peeing. No rush to bathroom except maybe once.

Oh and I'm down 2 lbs

Maybe the pump is defective? I can send another if needed.
Also sometimes in manufacturing they get cut a little short and it can make the pump sputter when there is still plenty in the bottle. Turn it over and guesstimate is what I would do. Or use a knife or the handle of a spoon or something to draw it out and estimate dose.

Customs can take 1-7 business days for processing - depends how fast retailers send all required paper work.

Still surprised why people rather pay 50-100% more to buy from UK retailer when you can order from US retailer and pay maybe 20% extra on custom fees (if they stop the parcel) and processing of your parcel would take just 1-3 business days since probably your parcel would be below threshold to fill declaration paper work.

In my example: I ordered from TGB with priority shipping to my EU country Exotherm 2 weeks ago - parcel got to my custom 3 business days later, got postal mail from custom I have parcel, went to their website took me 5min to click few times I have dietary supplement that's worth less than 150 euro and 2 business days later mailman brought parcel to my home and I just paid 12% of value of the parcel - total I still saved at least 30% compared to if I waited to order from UK seller.

Not to mention I got Exotherm almost 3 weeks sooner than if I waited to order from UK retailers.

And this was my 4th parcel from TGB and 1st to be stopped at custom - maybe cause of Exotherm bottle being a gel/liquid they even bothered to open parcel.

So overall delivery time almost same as if I order from UK but I save even with customs stopping parcel.

Yea I'm thinking so, I measured the down stem to the aquifer and it's a bit short, I'll figure out something, I don't think I'll need you to send another pump..
 
It is precisely the problem !!! I am forced to buy from the United Kingdom, because in the past I have bought many times by the states directly and I never received my products, every time they were seized by Customs. I am Italian but I live in Germany for work, and believe me, here at the German customs, also control how many hairs you in the ass !!! when the goods arrive, they call you, once there, they make you open the package in front of them, no matter what it is !!! the last time I bought enzymes (bromelain / papain complex), they would not give it to me !!! have it shipped to the laboratory to check what it was, after almost three weeks I received a letter of notification to let me know that that product was not legal here in Germany (is ridiculous !!!) I do not add more ...
same thing when I bought the vitamin B complex, it is been seized ....
since then I can (I and many others like me here in Europe) to buy only from the United Kingdom. It is the only way to get these supplements. Even if they cost a lot, almost always the prices are exaggerated. (Certainly if I lived in the UK, I buy it always (and only) from the United States). I would buy more products and much more often ... this is sure as hell ...

Currently using dermacrine as a test base during my osta cycle. I was wondering if exotherm can be used instead of dermacrine. If not, I'll still use exotherm during my natty stack.
