You think that's bad, I read up on doing helicopter circles to warm up and thought I could speed up the process by attaching a bit of string to the ol' yoghurt slinger and the other part to the ceiling fan.... I now have what resembles a twizzler rather than a normal johnson
 
Tried finding the answer before i ask.. probably scrolled right past it but what would be a proper regimen? I understand that its 2 sessions a day but is it everyday of the week or more like a 2 on 1 off type of idea? And maybe a dumb question but any safety concern about this spilling over onto the two little guys?
 
If you are a newbie you can do 2 on 1 off, build up to 5 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off...

Look up how to jelq (it's a little bit gay, but you need to see how it is done properly)

A simple routine would be something like stretching Left/Right/Up/Down and Out holding each stretch for 30 seconds (Build up to a minute) then followed by 50-200 jelqs repeat this 2-3 times... take it slow for the first 2-3 weeks, you need to kind of condition your dong.

Warm up is recommended, can heat up a sock with rice and chuck it on your dong to promote blood flow or do helicopter spins haha.

After a couple of months you can add new exercises and/or equipment (bathmate/extenders etc)

Remember it takes time, Do not expect results in first week or even first 2 months (some people can grow in that time tho) dedicate atleast 3-4 months and you will see gains.
 
I tried tying a string to my hootis and tying the other end to a doorknob and then slamming the door (imagine pulling a tooth).

Rope burn on the corona - no bueno.
 
Any updates on using it? i know it is early, but any PI (positive indicators ie better erections, longer flaccid etc)

So far both of these. A pretty noticeable increase in girth, both flaccid and erect. Probably 3/8" length increase.

The topical DHEA addition IS quite potent, but a warning that the carrier stings for about 20-30 seconds. MOre betas this week, just polishing up a few additions.

Some quick advice if you wan't some help - go to an adult store and grab some of those miscellaneous erection rings (3 sizes). Apply hung, then slide on the one that's almost uncomfortably snug (before erection). Then, start your jelqing. When you do, the blood will become trapped and you will feel a very intense stretching - both length and girth. BE CAREFUL HERE WITH ANY ADDITIONAL JELQING AS YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE. But, if you do it right, then you can do very easy exercises and still get results. Another hint, this will make the veins stand out noticeably. Starting from the bottom of your shaft, take a finger and press it against one of the veins, then push towards the tip. This will target that vein only and trigger vascular growth/expansion of vascular capacity.

In terms of Betas, is there anyway to secure some I seem to miss out due to time differences haha.... as I have said I will log and keep you up to date with my results. I know exactly how I will train and maximise the additional help

hydromax x30 pump. some light stretching here and there.

I used to do it a couple years from 19-21, jelqing a lot and dr joel Kaplin scrotum and penis pumps.. 16 years older now

What has been you guys total gains? I have been PEing for around 4-5 years now, very inconsistent... but have gained around an inch in length and a bit in girth, very happy with that... but I want more haha. I stopped after awhile because I pumped too much with the bathmate and discolored my dick haha, its normal color again now though.

I have become more strict again the past 2 months trying jelqing, bathmate and an extender most days
 
This is never coming out is it? haha, been trying to get the beta for like 2 weeks no luck... topical arginine it is then haha
 
You guys all advise use bathmate for beginner? Where does one start?
Go to pegym website... but jp90 is a good beginners routine after that you could add the bathmate or even while doing the jp90 use it once a week... you do need to condition the little fella or you can hurt him haha

any studies on this beta products effectiveness?

I don't see how elevated androgens and Pe would cause any penis growth, esp if someone is 17-25 years old and has hit their second puberty years.
