So far both of these. A pretty noticeable increase in girth, both flaccid and erect. Probably 3/8" length increase.
The topical DHEA addition IS quite potent, but a warning that the carrier stings for about 20-30 seconds. MOre betas this week, just polishing up a few additions.

Some quick advice if you wan't some help - go to an adult store and grab some of those miscellaneous erection rings (3 sizes). Apply hung, then slide on the one that's almost uncomfortably snug (before erection). Then, start your jelqing. When you do, the blood will become trapped and you will feel a very intense stretching - both length and girth. BE CAREFUL HERE WITH ANY ADDITIONAL JELQING AS YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE. But, if you do it right, then you can do very easy exercises and still get results. Another hint, this will make the veins stand out noticeably. Starting from the bottom of your shaft, take a finger and press it against one of the veins, then push towards the tip. This will target that vein only and trigger vascular growth/expansion of vascular capacity.

Go to pegym website... but jp90 is a good beginners routine after that you could add the bathmate or even while doing the jp90 use it once a week... you do need to condition the little fella or you can hurt him hahaYou guys all advise use bathmate for beginner? Where does one start?
