Today was only day 3 of applying (once/day). I hit the gym at 5:30 and showered there before work. Luckily, it's a bit colder right now so I wasn't sweating bullets post-shower. I normally am still sweating after I dry off because I just run that hot and get my HR up high, and there's no fan/dehumidifer back in the locker room so it gets annoying.
Anyone, point of all that being that I normally am toweling down for a good long while and delaying dressing as long as possible lol. But today, I brought my SN with me in my gym bag and applied post shower. The cooling effect lasted a lot longer than the previous 2 days and stayed with me for probably an hour after I'd got back to work.
I'll be looking forward to seeing photos in another week or two, because I'm at the point where I'm slowly seeing a tad more definition in the serratus area each day. I take photos, but I don't like to compare too soon, because that gets my mind all messed up. I also don't weigh in much anymore, either. Do a weekly weigh on on the Omron monitor that (supposedly lol) measures bf%, muscle%, visceral fat, and other details, but I was down to 223 and change Sunday morning and 222.6 by the time I got done playing basketball that afternoon.
I'm just following my plan and the main thing for me is keeping my protein around 200g/day and not snacking; just eating meals and the progress has been very steady for me. It's hard for me with my mental struggles and body image issues to not weigh in every single day, but in forcing myself not to, it's made me adhere to my regimen even better. I always tell myself "trust the process" (always makes me think of the 76ers...lol), but it works for me.
