I read the write-ups and try to make the most sense out of everything Matt is doing, but my chemistry experience is only basic and organic at the intro levels mixed with A&P, so I don't have quite the grasp on it that he does.

So some things I'll almost always defer to him on to make sure the answer is 100% correct, but I'll always share my own take and especially how I'm dosing/utilizing something.

Pants continue to loosen, greatly, despite the stress of working 65+ hours (jumped on Abliderate ammo for this) and a few rough meals here and there. Some tell tale signs of definition but again with my diet not being spot on for a multitude of reasons I can assume there'd be much more if not for water retention and so on. So far I couldn't be more pleased.

Seems the dosage is correlated to actual time of day away from workouts as opposed to supplements. I've been using Combustion with Epitome and haven't noticed anything bad.
 
I'm just thinking the effects on Leptin are going to be counter productive
 
so my joint support and on cycle support contains glucosamine. should I find other supports that don't contain said ingredient?

Depends on the body fat levels...higher bodyfat levels should eliminate Glucosamine until you start nearing 12% and under, when it will be more effective to add it back in.
 
Thought this should be worth noting, i had a refeed last night around 600-700 cals over my usual calories. This morning had an epitome dose after breakfast and my body temp is quite elevated.
 
Which body fat direction are you coming from?
From fat to less fat

My thinking is OTC fat burner products are going to reduce Leptin and epitome is going to increase Leptin so it seems like taking them too close together would be less than optimal. I am currently seperating them by like 3 hours.

Thought?
 
Beta 3 activation has a direct effect on Leptin expression, but interactions with most standard fat burners will have little effect either way.
 
So I can pop a epitome cap and wash it down with alphamine?

I've been low carbing about one whole month and results have plateaued and starting to get cravings. Sitting at 11% with water weight too. Currently logging inhibit e so I can't add in my epitome yet. But I'm assuming that My situation would be the perfect time to Add it in?
 
Anyone else notice hunger times are changed? I'm usually ravenous when I get home from work but the last week especially I've noticed I can barely eat all my dinner, to say nothing of a pre bed protein snack. I can't even think about it.
 
Honestly, I couldn't even get my macros in yesterday because I was just constantly feeling full. (I started using 2 caps instead of 1)
 
Second day on. Anyone notice swollen hands? I wear a ring on each hand and could barely above them on this morning normally they fit fine.

Quite the opposite...my body is coming into a reduced inflammation state from the outside in. Every morning anymore when I wake up, and throughout the day, i"m looking and feeling significantly drier. No bloating anywhere.
 
Weird. I'm not so much bloated, I don't look puffy and my weight is not up, but my hands are certainly swollen.

Did you pee yourself in your sleep? Maybe someone pulled an April Fool's prank on you and soaked your hands all night.

Im with you guys here. My usually post workout snack of rice cakes and a protein shake was unbearable. Could barely finish 2 rice cakes. Im usually hungry as 10 men post workout.
 
Wow...you certainly have an "interesting" post workout regimen.

Lol I have always ate some rice cakes and a protein shake post workout. Workout rignt before work so its all I have time for until I get a meal in. That meal is my biggest meal of the day
 
I'm finishing up a bottle of Absolutely Abliderated and will switch over to Eviscerate once it's done. I've been showering in the AM, then showering again post-workout in the evening. I apply my AA after the evening shower and put on a pair of loose boxers and a dark beater to sleep in. I generally sweat, but nothing terrible (clothes are so I don't totally mess up the sheets each night lol). Anyway, I'll apply the Eviscerate at the same time, so I'm hoping it's not too ridiculous (on the bright side the dosing time is about as far away from my Epitome as possible).
 
I run a cyclical keto diet and have been on epitome for a week and a half or so now. I've noticed that the temp elevation is much worse the day after a refeed.

Im stopping epitome as of yesterday. I am confident it is causing increased appetite.

It is just intensifying that never full feeling and driving me to think about food more. It is consistent with how i feel every time i get below 8ish % this time im not even there yet and its worse.

I know it is epitome because i was off all supps except -epi for 6 weeks and this and ergonine are the only two supps bar alphamine some mornings that ive added back in.
 
i'm not that low but i'm not getting full at all either... cheat meals are kind out getting outta control here.
