Definitely appreciate the feedback and certainly interested to see how the next week goes for you.
Solid review man!
That a absolutely stunning.
That's some pretty incredible weight loss. You should teach the rest of America how not to be a bunch of lazy fatasseses
It's reading stuff like this that makes me love what I do. Thank you for this, you don't know how much it means to me, especially this week.Thank you guys, I am glad to give feedback where it is due. I know it isn't s ientific because part of me wants this to work, but I try to be objective. There are other factors and I would guess I'd be lucky if 5 of that 12.5 pounds was fat, but I know once the water is normalized I will have more precise results. Anything over 4 pounds of fat loss in a week, given my history with this diet, is really just magic. DSade magic.
And I have to thank Matt for his work in this field. He has a unique view on how to solve this problem. Part of the issue in society is we want results NOW. That means fat loss has to be fast. But then we get there and we gain it all back and wonder why. DSade's work treats this as if obesity is a cause turned symptom. Being fat changes the way things work, the mechanisms break from chronic abuse, and then suddenly the cause isn't the cause - just the symptom. The broken pathways suddenly cause the obesity, which broke the pathways to begin with. We think - lose weight and we will be healthy again, only to find it is temporary.
I believe DSades products are helping me get things working again so that my efforts can be life changing instead of month or year changing.
I really notice that Epitome has changed my thinking around food. It seems subtle, not like taking ephedrine for appetite suppression, but more like the emotions around eating aren't quite as powerful. It used to be that if I started thinking about a burger in this diet I had to fight it constantly and my chicken and broccoli wasn't at all satisfying. Now, I think about the burger, have my normal meal and I am fine.
Thanks man, but I have a LONG way to go. I know quite a bit but the work has been done by Lyle MacDonald and Dsade and others. We are all fighting our battles the best we can. I am fortunate to have discovered people and ideas that other people have created that have helped.

Oh, shoot, no - I didn't know a sale was coming. Eh well, I just ordered a bunch of stuff....I'll probably order more with the sale. Dsade, I did mess up one thing on my order, I sent a PM.
It's a Brite triple pack again. Saw it on FB
Ahhh, well....I'll have to order more then. I wanted to order more now but held back because of funds....

Keep it up! Loving the results from Brite/Epitome/Norcodrene! My wife has dropped 43 lbs in 7 weeks! Doing a 12 week Challenge at Gold's.... Not just trying to lose weight, she wants to win.
She's been working hard: 2 a day workouts 4 x per week usually. Diet, training, and supps! In that order, right? No way, that is phenomenal! That's almost a pound per day!

WHOA!
Would she mind if you shared some pictures? That is absolutely amazing. I'm going to post this on the FB page.
Then let me know where to send another epitome/BRITE combo for her. Let's help her win this!
I'm definitely happy to help out. Perhaps AMMO might help a bit, too. I would be glad to sponsor this for her and send her a bottle of AMMO to add into her regimen.
This could be wrong but I remember reading that some women who store fat in their thighs my be n edit from yohimbe?
?? Not sure what you mean.
Think it's an autocorrect typo and supposed to say benefit from yohimbe.
Women have stubborn fat in thighs similar to how men store stubborn fat in our gut area, so yohimbine and fasted cardio can help. I hear EvoMuse has Alphaburn for that...haha. Or the norcodrene
I'll be jumping back in the training ring tomorrow with you all.
So much has been released since my injury that I'm actually kind of overwhelmed myself, if you can believe it.
Now I know how you guys feel.
I'll post up what I end up doing.
I demand a Matt-log!
Matt-log for all to follow!
Down from 194 to 188 in 6 weeks
Good stuff. Where are you stopping at?
