leucine is so cheap it's almost a waste to do that anyways ha.

f95 or AmentoMax are my choices. Target a2 if you want some fat burning

Took the dive and picked up 2 x E9/ABE stacks - figured if ABE is in the insider I'll just grab it anyway because I'll always run it again ;)

If it's still running over the next couple weeks I'll pick up a couple more with A2 or AmentoMax (because I haven't tried that before).

Amento is an awesome supplement. In addition to the bottle of AS I already had, I got two more free with my E9 orders. Summer of gains!

If you are training its optimal to use fasted prior or during

Just got done with my first scoop of Ergonine. Pleasantly surprised how good it tastes. Doesn't taste like supplements at all. I only filled up half the shaker cup with water but think next time I can go with a bit more water as it was pretty sweet. (Nanoberry) went down smooth and easy and seems like it will be a nice morning addition everyday.

This is in line with all reviews so far :)

Its recommended with more water than that so I agree to increase it next time around

6 hours have passed. Took the Ergonine with Forskolin, Orange Triad, and Alphamine. Do not feel any sides all is good. Love the stuff.
 
Having never tried amino IV I was very interested in the combo deal. But if you do the math, you're saving $20-25 with the free AS bottle vs $5-10 on a tub of aminos.
Needless to say I have 5 free bottles of AS coming at me :)
 
Just stocked up on three nana berry and one blue ice along with two f95 and 2 amento max! Pumped to run em!
 
I may or may not have licked half a scoop of nanaberry up off my counter when I had a complete failure on loading my water bottle. I've left too many shakers at work and in my car so resorting to loading a bottle of water is painful with no funnel! Lol

Man, I remember funneling two scoops of Biotest Metabolic Drive while on vacation in the tropics into a Deer Park pint bottle... only to have it clump all over the paper from the humidity, and then not mix worth a damn cuz I forgot that it takes like 16oz water just to dissolve one scoop haha. Circa 2007

Creatine Anhydrous is just pure biological creatine, nothing attached to it (water molecule removed from creatine monohydrate)

Mono is the recommended simply because its nothing fancy just creatine

This is why we used anhydrous, it is also just creatine but at 99-100% purity instead of the 88? I think for monohydrate

creapure is at 99.9% purity also, unless you can show me something who prove me wrong, I'm just curious to learn more because that's the first time I have read about creatine anhydrous

This. They're not saying that Creapure is tainted, but it is creatine monohydrate, thus creatine plus a water molecule. Creatine anhydrous is by definition creatine without water. So you get more creatine by weight with creatine anhydrous.
