Erase/DAA/DHEA stack good idea for 25 year old?

Is it a good idea? Dosing protocols?

Like Josh said, no need to add DHEA into the mix.

Dosing:

Erase
Dose 1 - 1-2 caps first thing
Dose 2 - 1-2 caps 6-8 hours post-Dose 1
Start off with one cap per dose and increase as necessary, dropping down by a cap if issues with joints experienced.

DAA
Dose 1 - ~3g first thing
Dose 2 (optional)- ~3g 6-8 hours post-Dose 1

Thanks everybody! Whats so bad about the DHEA though. I mean, if I can get it super cheap at Wal Mart, is it still just something I dont whant in me?

It just offers no benefit towards you. Even if the bottle is $1 that dollar would be better spent on a snickers.

Although you can hardly find a snickers for $1 anymore

No worries :) Regardless of availability, DHEA is not something that you need to be using.

at your age you not need it ;)

Adrenal secretion of DHEA and DHEA-S increases in children at the age of 6 - 8 yr, and maximal values of circulating DHEA-S are reached between the ages of 20-30 yr. Thereafter, serum DHEA and DHEA-S levels decrease progressively. In fact, at 70 yr of age, serum DHEA-S levels have decreased to approximately 20% of their peak values, and they further decrease to only 5% [of their peak values] by the age of 85-90 yr. It is remarkable that up to 60% of the age-related decrease in serum DHEA and DHEA-S concentration, however, takes place before the age of 50-60 yr.

Aren't there instances in which dhea can be decreased due to chronic stresses on the pituitary and/or adrenals? Or in the case of ppl with hormonal deficiencies? Before the ages outline above?

Powerful 2 year bump!

Yes those instances exist. Those people may benefit from DHEA supplementation. But people with above issues are rare
