the banana one is good. Not chemical tasting like on's pro complex or elite fusion 7. BUT my favorite protein powder of all time is syntha-6 carmel latte. It tastes like coffee. I'd drink it for desert if I'm craving sweets. Just wish it was cheaper/had a better profile.

did u get only vanilla or chocolate too? i only got chocolate, because vanilla always disappoints. speaking of... i got a BPI protein sample from TF when i ordered, whatever their protein product is... omg it was almost a sexual experience drinking it. best tasting, smoothest stuff ive put in my mouth. ive always hated vanilla but somehow they [BPI] made it taste good, even tho its insanely overpriced and the profile isnt that great.

i got 5 lbs of vanilla and 5 lbs of chocolate.

me on the other hand love vanilla and hate chocolate

it was a single scoop sample of the BPI superpro and then a BPI tshirt, which is actually pretty awesome. the front has a picture of a stick figure doing a overhead press or something with a barbell. but thats the only time ive ever gotten a single sample or anything from TF

man i just looked at syntha6 and its way too dirty for me, 22g of protein out of 45g/scoop. and its expensive as hell. i think Id rather buy more Pro-Nos instead of syntha6.

I'm on clen right now. I think taking roxyeca would just be pointless at this point. I only get jittery on most otc fat burners :why:

liquid. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. benadryl on the weeks between. fat loss has been pretty good. I'm trying to get to low teen bf before I go on again.

im thinking of using dermatherm target as a carrier for Clen topically right on stomach section, and run some AT2 and erase along side it for a cut after PCT.
 
Other news: i have just received a sample of Lit Up in the mail complementary of the good people @ appnut, not a lot of stims in it so i think i will try it as soon as i feel less sick. also just received my other bottle of ATD from IronMaglabs, E-control via a trade with a fellow member. :fing02: . also didnt feel good enough to run since my achilies has been acting up. Igot this injury a while back in high school, but i never really got it checked out but it seems to come out and bother me in the winter mostly so idk. it doesnt hurt and its not like im limping but its just kinda sore idk it could be the deadlifts or something i did, or maybe it was that game of basketball i had like 2 days ago. Yeah i think it might be the basketball game. lol. so yeah today is gonna be off day and if it gets better tomorrow bet your arses im going running, if not ill just sit tight and hit it hard on monday.

So I gave them a test run, this is my take.
I drank asgt about 45min(it says 60min) before wo, ap about 15min(like the bottle states) before work out.
good clean energy, awesome pump, stamina was solid.
1 scoop (asgt) in 10oz of water is what I used, taste was pretty good considering all the ingredients, I drank about a 3rd of it (id give it a 9), to taste it by itself, then I added 1/2 scoop of green mag to it and about 5oz of water, asgt has about 2.2grams of creatine, and I wanted to get within the 5g mark lol, they stacked well together in flavor, about 45min later I drank ap (1 scoop) in 8oz of water, taste was really good, Id give ap a 10 in flavor.
Im not going to compare it anything, Im just giving it a quick review from a 1 session use, and im sure after a week of use, things would be different/better.
I had NO stomach issues at all, not even in my warm up(15min cardio in st.bike) Id give it a 10 in that department(even if there isnt area for that lol), my session consisted of chest, shoulders and bi's, and in every set/rep my focus was excellent Id give it a solid 9 for focus. my strength, considering Ive been taking it easy was very progressive in each rep Id give it a 9 for strength. my stamina was also up every set I had no fatigue Id give it 10, hell I shouldve gone to failure but I opted not to. I got some pretty amazing pumps, did chest 1st and got a solid pump, my delts got a nice full belly of a pump, biceps got a full pump too, Im giving it a 10 for pumps, **** Im still pretty pumped as I write this. I really cant give it grade on recovery, this was just one session, but im sure it would awesome in recovery. :afro: mix-ability Id give it 9. no crash, didnt get jittery, not much of beta tingle
overall from my 1st experience I would give it a 9.5, and as all you guys know with most pwo's they get better with use, that 9.5 would probably be a 10 after a week. Im sure it'll be a good pwo for my pct or even off cycle. cold water was used of course :147:
crap one last thing I havent used stims in about 2 weeks so my tolerance is real low. did i miss anything ?

lol, i will kill cardio today. Everything feels great, dont feel sick anymore, less coughing, achillies is gtg.

you know what guys its too cold and i still feel a lil sick and i dont want to get more sick so instead im gonna stay inside and do Plyometrics from p90x, its a hella of a workout.

Workout
Today was day to make up for yesterdays cardio and so i did with Plyometrics. Had a good workout a lil rough since i hadnt done high intensity cardio in a while but i managed. Had a major lower back pump most likely attributed to the DMZ and me having to bend over to touch the ground for the plyos. Legs felt strong but my respiratory couldnt keep up with legs, nevertheless i managed and got a good workout in. Also as far as my illness its almost absolete so thats awesome for me cuz i get to go hard tomorrow in gym. :D. i feel great. i counted the DMZ and i think i have like 13days worth of DMZ left i could be wrong but i think its somewhere around that timespan that i have left for DMZ. I feel super pumped all day which i really like.

Katana 0/250/250/250/300 last four days were at 350 and I dosed every 3 or 4 hours

Next time I will start the katana at 300 at least. I had great results, I will try to post before and after pictures on my profile tomorrow if possible.

I meant to mention when you asked over in my log that I got back pumps in my calfs and lower back while I ran. From what I have read, the calves don't commonly do this, but nevertheless, taurine solves it.
 
I am glad I started taking Taurine in time during my run. On leg/DL day I always get a minor backpump. Can't imagine what it would feel like without Taurine (or the banana before workout). Prolly would lie on the floor b!tching about my back kicking and screaming :laugh:

Workout
Most of my lifts increased in weight bench was up. my second set on bench i jumped up 5 lbs and repped out 8. deadlifts i was able to add 20 lbs to last set. bicep curls were meh, not much going on there, i was able to do a couple more reps but still same weight, so nothing drastic. All this while being sick lol, gotta love that cant wait till im back to 100%. lol here is my workout:

Flat Bench Press: 285x12 300x8 (on the 305 spotter helped me a lil bit on last one but i tihnk i did most of the work +5lbs on last set)
Alt. Bicep curls: 70'sx11 (each arm) 75's x10 (each arm)
Deadlifts: 465x12 495x8 (was 475 on last set +20lbs)
tricep extensions: 70x12 75x10
leg curls: 90x11 95x9
military press: 135x10 145x8
Lat pull downs: 140x10 145x8

As you can see my first set on some lifts went up to 12 reps when im trying to hit 8, that happened i wasnt expecting a strength increase that drastic. lol
