Monster shoulder pumps at the gym yesterday due to some higher rep partials and such. Trying to protect my tendonitis so I switched up a lot of my normal exercises and just went balls out with what I could do relatively pain free. Everything feels pretty normal this morning so I did well.

Legs are still pretty sore from weds which is awesome. Seems like the XFA/PB+ is starting to kick in.

Today is my last day of recompadrol. I'm on the fence as to whether to replace it with AP or Burn24 (never used burn24 before)... Thoughts?

What about a max level? I'd be using it with my 3 carb meals most weekdays probably.

It's going to give results regardless, 2 caps with each meal will work well as a GDA and then the extra calorie burn throughout the day will really help as well. I finished 2 90 cap bottles back to back and this is my new favourite GDA for in a cut.

TBH I'm not sure what the carb max is all I know is it really helps you lean out both from partitioning and burning.

I don't see myself using any of my stashed GDA's aside from this and Recompadrol.

I didn't notice anything when I ran c20 a long time ago (prob IC release) but I also had no clue what I was using or why. This time I'm using it for the lodhra bark (same as new ABE) synergy with ara.

Loving everything so far as I've lost very little weight but clearly a ton of fat. For a couple weeks I was actually gaining weight while leaning up.

Haven't been feeling too great this weekend so taking it easy. Cardio only yesterday, 14hrs of sleep and a ton of spinach and greens today. Taking te day totally off and resting up for tomorrow's workout. Just generally feeling beat up and tired so a rest day should do wonders.

Even with 14 hours of sleep do you think too much sleep is why you feel off??

No I never sleep like that unless I was already off. Been coughing up green crap all day ha. Couch and veggies kind of day. My once per 3yrs "sickness". I'm never sick for more then like 24hrs. Even when I had mono in college all the symptoms were gone in 2 days

Felt like this the other day
i was teaching in a very small room with 7 students and all of them were coughing/sick.
Came home and dusted my entire room, used wood polish on a lot of the places in my house, and swept the rugs/floors and moved a bunch of furniture and found a ton of dust which probably caused my allergies to flare up even worse.
Double dosed Orange Triad, took some extra vitamin C, and was drinking tons of green tea and little squirts of honey, covered me quick.

That's similar to what I always do if I start to feel off. A bunch of extra vitamins and zinc, lots of water, a ton of veggies, and lots of sleep. Poof, fine by morning.

Had a weird night's sleep last night but still feeling much better today. Morning weight was 191.6lb so down just about 2.5lb which is perfect.

Not really feeling my tightest this morn (I'm sure due to yesterday's lounging and sleep) but I do still look a bit lighter, albiet a tad bloated.

Starting my next phase of workouts today with chest/back in a DTP style so that should really put things to the test. Can't wait to feel the pump from some of those 50rep sets now that the XFA should be just about kicked in.

Also decided to go with AP for my gda. I'm going to be taking 1 cap with each of my 3 carb meals (6a/9a/12p)... Directions say to only take 2/day but I can't see it being an issue. If it is, I may switch up my first meal to pro/fat only and add some more carbs PWO.

Reminds me of not long ago when I thought I had food poisoning but in hindsight, most likely a serious 24-48 hour bug. Lost about 5 lbs in 2 days, lol. All I did was down OT+Greens + Amino IV.

Yesterdays workout was chest/back in the new phase. DTP style supersetting of db bench and bent over db rows. sets were x50,x40,x30,x20,x10,x5,x5,x10,x20,x30,x40,x50... I was totally blown away by the endurance that I swear I didn't have yesterday. I was crushing every set, was able to bump weights up on a couple on the way back up the ladder, and was barely breathing heavy for more then a few seconds after each ss.

The pump I had in my chest and back was also really good. Not groundbreaking as it has been (took a different preworkout pump product - cannibal swole) but still amazing.

I was feeling so good after my workout that I rewarded myself by adding in 5 sets of heavy BB Bench and 5 sets of Pullups ha... Literally had to take myself out of the gym because I felt like I could stay all day.

Overall things are progressing exactly as planned. I'm getting to the point where i wish I was leaner then I am but I know that it was a good bulk and that slower will keep me lean longer.

Yesterdays workout was INSANE: Squat and DB Shoulder Press Super sets of 50,40,30,20,10,5,5,10,20,30,40,50 reps... I thought I was going to puke for sure towards some of the heavier sets. My legs were shaking so bad when I drove home I almost stalled my stick shift truck because I couldn't hold the clutch in without shaking. I was so mentally and physically tired when I got home I didn't even bother to cook anything I just heated up whatever was available in the microwave, struggled through a shower, and crawled to the couch for the last 2 hrs or so of the evening.

AP seems to be treating me well thus far, nothing spectacular to note on that front. Overall leanness is coming along, albiet it seems to be slowing a bit to me (but I think its mostly just that I'm checking more ha).

My end goal here is to get my abs where I want them and then start adding back in calories and reverse diet until I hit a comfortable level where Im not hungry all the time, but also have some room for cheats in my diet.

Just keep it to a 1 meal cheat. Honestly I regret my previous years cutting without them, it speeds up progress if done in moderation

Bingo..
Moderation is the key to success
if your not 2 weeks out from a bodybuilding show or have no intention on stepping on a stage, this is only a hobby, its not life or death and you cannot have X or Y foods. There are tons of ways to make progress, having 1 meal off your diet wont make or break you it may increase fatloss/fatburning due to a spike in t3, leptin, and hormone levels from a surplus of kcals.

This is exactly what I need to do. To get rid of the "all or nothing" style of dieting I've been doing for years now. This year is all about balancing life and fitness for me which is a big change. I've always been known as "the kid who can out drink and out eat anyone" or "the guy who's not drinking and won't eat anything but chicken and salad".

That said, I just crushed a monster full body workout that started with a pr on rack pulls and ended with a pr on leg presses. Gonna get me some frozen yogurt this afternoon and start the balance.

Weighed in at 187.6lb this morn (down about 3.5lb) so I may start adding a few more cals on workout days to my post workout meal to slow things down a tad.

Had a monster full body workout on saturday (one of those "i just dont want to leave" kind of days) and then went out for some frozen yogurt with the g/f (which was awesome). I could tell my body wasn't ready for that much dairy as I had some rough gas later that night ha.

Im thinking in about 3-4 weeks I'm gonna start cutting down the amount of supps I'm taking and give everything a break. I'm excited to see where i'll be at that point.
