Epi-v shreds Old fug, Read all about it...

Good stuff Doug, I think your pics should come out pretty damn nice this week, I am sure you will bring this bad boy home.

Thanks, I am depending a bit on the EPI-V burning up fat and cleaning me up and so far it has not let me down.

Im enjoying the epi-v very much. No lethargy and i know its only been 2 days but 40 days worth at 3 ED will hopefully do the trick.
Do you need a Serm for this? Judging and reading the nomenclature of the product it doesnt seem to suppress or cause too many issues when coming off. Just handle the liver carefully with a good liver agent and some DAA with a good OTC AI.
Please correct me if i am wrong

Judging from your last pics, I can't wait to see your next set. The progress you have been making lately has been amazing

Especially with the EpI kicking in, they'll be Like night and day!

I would go with 1-Andro for a bulk bro!

1-test = original king of bulking : )

Yesterday went very well I switched to db press as my shoulder is not allowing me to get enough weight on the bench press to really work my chest the way I need... 3 sets of 10 1 minute rest 85 lbs ...

205 for 3 sets of 10 reverse grip bent over rows 1 minute rest...

Bar of death 10 very good reps...

Continue with core wokr... weigted exercises

30 minutes interval on the cross trainer...

Thanks but that was flat db press...I did do that for shoulder press back in the day though, that's how I injured my shoulder though...

Still nothin' to shake a stick at.

what would you stack with it . pure test and maybe pct black? since the andro doesn't have a liver detox built in would one of the forementioned be the right way to go?

10 X 3 reps 45 seconds rest rev grip b.o. rows 245 made it but it was pretty heavy...

Wide grip pull-ups 10 reps rest pause 5 reps...

Pretty good energy...

I was definitely drier today than yesterday when I did the pics.. Sunday probably is not the best day for pics...

Sounds like a good workout! Pics look good man making some nice progress. I am always drier in the middle of the week compared to Sunday. My diet gets a bit more slack on the weekend I think that's why.

Yah me too ... I give into temptation a bit more on the weekends and then end up making it up in exercise... I will have to watch it real close this week to make the kind of progress I am used to getting. I think last week a lot of my progress came from early in the week and then I slowed down a bit. Have to really stay on top of it this week.

Ha I know what you mean. Sunday I'm like... fock! I look wet and a bit bloated! Then I bust my a$$ during the week and dry out and lean up. As long as the progress stays and I keep making more I can't complain.

Yah that's part of it too, you make so much progress you kind of feel like you earned a treat.. the leaner you get though the less you are able to get away with it...then it does boost the metabolism so not as much long term harm as you might think..

Day off the gym today, I noticed I am still cleaning up nicely so won't force it too much with extra cardio. I have developed some pretty mean blisters on my feet around my heels so will have to figure out a way to deal with them. Just bandaids does not do the trick...

Man this place is dead... ok I am pretty jazzed about how things are going and I turned it up a notch, curious to see if I got as lean as I did a contets ttime last year without losing the mass I did while remaining tight and hard... 2.5 weeks left lets see if there's enough time...

What place? Your gym or the thread? We're still here Buddy!

Great progress Doug! Guys NONE of the current Finaflex supplements require liver support. None of them are methylated so no need for extra liver support.

so i don't need to run pct black with 1 andro and epi-v?

Yes you still need pct he said liver support. Ya always gotta do Pct : )

keep the positive forget the negative. stay on point don't listen the naysayers and shred!

Yep tunnel vision :)

No AM in general... not many posts this week ....

Thanks Chris and I have shed another 3 lbs since those pics... really gettng ripped up now... I am doing pics tomorrow cuz I am going away for the weekend for a mini break... will be doing plenty of cardio though and extending fasts...

Yah the support is not required for liver but there is saw palmetto in the black as well an epi-v is a dht precursor.. all things being equal you could wait and use the black during PCT...

Not as good a day I tried 175 on the clean and press, got only 4 reps so went back to 155 to finish my 5 X 5...

Calf raise was ok ..never going to have trouble there...

Had to use the reverse hack machine as the leg press was being used .. I started with 500 and although the weight was manageable I felt some tweaking in my back .. I know I am getting very lean so have to be carefull I took off 50 lbs and finished no problem...

The highlight was 18 wheel of death which ties my record 19 attempt had me flat on my face... guess my baclk is ok :)

One thing that may have affected me is I had deep tissue massage last night and it seems that I was not as good on the exercises that require quick .. movement.. I was not as explosive...

I am pretty pleased with what I did though...

Just arms tomorrow then wil do some pics ...

Nice workout bro. That deep massage was awesome I bet and worth the small decrease in weight at the gym.

Muscles were not weaker but less explosive .. was an odd feeling, oh and my girl goes beyond the regular, takes the muscles as squeezeds them to get rid of all toxins, she sees with her hands .. quite remarkable and very ...very painful...

I have heard good things about massage, but could never bring myself to go for it...maybe I need to explore this a bit more.

Edit: double post

I've been following this log DreamWeaver, and it's helped me modify my diet substantially. I've been a huge fan of intermediate fasting, but I haven't been able to incorporate anything realistic long-term. I'm trying your method of two feedings per day, while also using the 1-andro to epi-v cycle protocol

Yah basically feed big and be satisfied, if you have an efficient body and digest slowly then this is the way you were meant to eat. I would rather not eat at all than to eat and not be satisfied.. fast and gorge baby!!! that's where it's at for me. Now I can eat like an animal and get fuggin ripped... how fuggin cool is that!!!
