Wow, old fugger is looking LEAN! Definitely will be ready to do some damage on stage with what you have put together Doug. Some carbs and that loose skin will tighten up nicely. Making me feel like I have a long way to go when I see where you are at.
You look awesome!!!!!! I have a few suggestion on a couple of poses that will really make a difference too. I will post them in here if you want next to the pictures I am referencing. However you look fugging awesome!!!!
That one of you from the back doing the Barbell of Death is awesome showing the musculature of your back in action. I see you look wider in most of these shots. Those WOD and BOD are helping your width too.
DAMN!!! Lookin' lean and mean brother! Huge difference from those before pics you posted in that NTBM contest thread.
Doug... I think you look incredible Brother, simply Amazing, transformation or not, you look Awesome! I am interested in seeing Chris's posing suggestions, but I think you look fantastic and most definitely bigger than I have seen you in any other pictures you have ever posted, I mean in that one picture where you have the muscle shirt on and are doing curls... Dude, your arms are deadly weapons of mass destruction Bro, you register those things or what? Oh and your side ab shot with your facing arm over your head really shows just how much your abs are popping, SWEEEEEETTT!!!!
Great work Doug, lots to be proud of! I hope when I'm 53 that I'll be ripped!
Your arms are definitely solid. Do you take measurements?
I'll bet there are a lot of 20 somethings at the gym that are envious of your condition, keep it up![]()

I figure they must be over 18" but haven't measured in a while but cut and 18" is very good...
WOW... 18" That's HUGE, I mean I don't think my arms have ever been 18" even at my heaviest back in the day weighing like 265Lbs and lifting like a total power-lifter (how I tore my chest completely off the bone).
I have measured 19" when I was heavier.
OK... I get it, keep rubbing it in, ScottyDoc has spagetti arms, Haha!
lol no ... we all have our good and bad points..
I know, LoL, I'm ok with my long skinny Orangutan arms...

OK... Fine, So now my arms are small and weak... ya Happy now, do you like this comparison of my arm size and strength better...

Looking good there Doug.
Not the way I intended that to be taken I was thinking maybe you had strong arms cuz your legs aren't overly large but very strong...
LOL, kick a man when he's down! Sorry Al, you're just stronger than you look! Sounds like something my wife would say when she's trying to complement me too! Sorry Doug, not trying to pick on you, I get what you're saying I've just gotten that so many times myself!
But damn Doug, 18-19" arms is freakin' huge! That's bigger than many dudes' thighs! Is that cold and relaxed, or pumped and flexed?
Yah I am not as strong as I look ... just the opposite problem, that's why I am a bodybuidler...
Yah you have some unreal lifts expecially when you consider your not as big as most people that do that kind of weight, I remember marveling at your deads. Big is just for show you guys can really go!!
But we want to look big and intimidating, not like the GEICO gecko! LOL! I guess you always want what you don't have!
Oh, and Al's deadlifts far outpace mine (at least when he used to do them)!
OK, wait a minute, now you are saying I have Chicken Legs... Oh but don't worry AL, they are very strong...

What... Next you'll be telling me you've seen bigger Lat spreads on a Water Snake...

Awesome pics DW. I think your traps are bigger than my biceps...fugging BEASTLY.
LOL, size doesn't matter, right Al?
Hey, we got way off topic here, this is about Doug and I just wanna say again, Doug... Great Job Brotha, you look fantastic and hey 18" arms at your body fat is Incredible Bro, Flaunt it if ya got is what I always say, especially in the world of Bodybuilding!!!
Wow! The pics are awesome man! Definite improvements and i'd definitely have to say this is the best your physique has ever looked. P.S. You made me gag with the wheel of death pictures!
Thanks Jason..lol yah wheel of death is a hard fuggin exercise, took me a long time to perfect it then a long time to get to doing 15... a feat I am pretty damn proud of, cuz it's one thing I can do better than most can.
Sniff... sniff... do I hear a "Pink-Tutu Wheel-of-Death" challenge Brewing??? The loser has to do as many "wheel-of-deaths" in his Pink-Tutu, now that is a good challenge!!!
Takes some time to get proficient at them...
Takes some time to get proficient at them...
Please excuse my ignorance but what's the difference between an ab wheel and wheel of death? Is it because your knees aren't touching the ground?
Personally, I am NOT up for that challenge, I was just hoping I could instigate a competitive spark in someone to make a challenge or to challenge someone, etc.
Yah you do it standing at it's about 20 times more difficult...
Passing the proverbial buck as it were...
Nice, I going to start practicing these till I can compete with your 15!
