Definitely got a bit over excited :) Bis were not on the card for today at all, I'm already feeling a.nice burn in my tris so I am glad I went back and smashed them but may regret doing bis with back tomorrow but hell it felt awesome

MrKleen turned me on to these for my rotator cuff recovery they are a great stretch and work chest also

as your flexibility increases you will be able to do with a narrower grip

I love those stretched. They make everything feel so much better. I know doing too much and getting too flexible causes lax shoulders or something though, so can't go overboard.

Check your email brotha!!! Man my cycle is around the corner, 4 weeks out, and I just tweaked my shoulder at gym last night. I was incline benching only with 75s too and my last set last rep barely managed to get it up and some reason my right arm started rotating counterclockwise. I felt my shoulder start coming out of place so I had to drop the weight on myself. My upper intestinal area got cut a little and is sore and my shoulder doesn't feel right today. Though I think I dropped the weight in time and think I will be fine next week.... But we will see.

I need to get my slin outline finalized too btw? Does your boy Scotty have a specific protocol he likes to use when bulking? Was thinking pre workout as I work out from 6:30-8 pm range.

PWO for sure u want all those proteins aminos creatine to be shuttled to your muscles directly after ur WO when they are needed the most

I am also taking a shot with breakfast the thesis behind that is to restore glycogen levels after a full night of sleep and depletion this is optional and some will do pre WO also however many will tell you this is somwhat risky as squatting or benching not the ideal place to have a hypoglycemic attack

Yea u cany afford to take the risk of falling sleep on the rare chance that u may have a hypo attack it would be faftal if u were asleep, awake its a scare but really not a big deal

Thats a sickening leg workout! You wont catch me doing leg workouts like that, I just disslike it too much. Cycling 1 hr PW, Leg ext, leg curls, Abd, Add, Glute curls, Calf raises and deads, thats as far as I go. But 6wks Pre-contest prep Ill do leg press (only down 90 deg) -> hack squat (only top 20% ROM) superset, and thats all.

ED, bruiser, those front raises are mad dangerous dude. This is how I tore my rotator cuff man. I know they feel easy but be careful buddy, just lookin out for ya.
