as your flexibility increases you will be able to do with a narrower grip

Why dont you save some of the Dbol to spread out during the day to increase protien synthesis?? (like 5mg every 3 hours) That way just take like 80mg pre-WO.

Check your email brotha!!! Man my cycle is around the corner, 4 weeks out, and I just tweaked my shoulder at gym last night. I was incline benching only with 75s too and my last set last rep barely managed to get it up and some reason my right arm started rotating counterclockwise. I felt my shoulder start coming out of place so I had to drop the weight on myself. My upper intestinal area got cut a little and is sore and my shoulder doesn't feel right today. Though I think I dropped the weight in time and think I will be fine next week.... But we will see.
I need to get my slin outline finalized too btw? Does your boy Scotty have a specific protocol he likes to use when bulking? Was thinking pre workout as I work out from 6:30-8 pm range.
