Driven by anger

Got to get it done

Ha! I'm having pork, sautéed onions, and sweet potato tonight.

Breakfast. Simple but effective
1 whole egg
6 oz egg whites

1/2 cup brown basmati

3 tbsp salsa verde
Hot sauce

Training at home actually gives me more time for breakfast which is nice. It's working out better than I'd thought. Just not able to do any heavy lifts. But tut is a good replacement for that.

Get at it

That's what is important!

Grilled chicken pasta from a bag. Cheap. Quick and easy. But beats chalupas or double cheeseburgers. Time is tight today. I'll call it a re feed lol

No gym so I've had to keep my work outs basic and simple. Doing the same with diet at the moment

1 whole egg
4 oz egg whites

1/2 cup ff cottage cheese

Not pictured also a banana

Where is that banana, I wonder?

Chocolate covered banana...

Swamped again. Phase finals and course finals this week and beginning of next. Still working out at home. Been busy and diets been less than stellar. Hopefully I can get a smooth schedule after the move

You still alive?

Yes. Been crazy busy. Living in a hotel. Out of a duffel bag. Poor diet. Little to no training. Hopefully that will change soon

Glad to see you are still living. Hotel life does get old but it has a few perks too! Enjoy the few perks and don't dwell on the negatives!

Fill us in. Why?

Sorry to hear brother.. Like Brian said, focus on the pluses...

I have a feeling this is due to his ex?... poor guy.

Or traveling with the racing team.

Perpetual it seems. But lots of changes. Training and living healthy have been the last priority I've had for a long time sadly. Hopefully that's changing. New location and surroundings. Some positivity for the days ahead.

How's the racing life?

Go get it

Man slow and steady I suppose. New state. New job. New schedule. So gotta try figuring out the best eat/lift/work routine. Oddly in my head that's the priority of those three things in that order. Not sure if it should be lol. On a good note i met this really cool lady today. She knows voo doo and I'm pretty sure she cast some sort of spell on me today (holistic medicine). I feel phenomenal though. Funny thing is she told me take it easy for a week and then start deadlifting. Weird I thought. But I'm a fan. She charges 300/hr. Found out I'm a veteran...free. So maybe not a lot of posts over the next few days but life's better when I lift and logging helps keep me accountable for that so hopefully I'll be back for a while this round. Eating has got to do pretty much a 180 ASAP. And lots of mobility over the next couple weeks before I even consider any strenuous activity other than work. But at least I have a plan. Positive vibes fellas. Positive vibes
