Pork chops and sweet taters were awesome. Bought the stuffed mushrooms pre made. Guh ross. One bite and tossed them. Blah.
 
Backs a lil tweaked this morning. Gonna nurse it through the day and hit the gym this evening. I'll stick to machines if I got too

Today is an off day since I lifted Sunday. Plus I'm gonna rest my back a lil. Next Couple days of class will be in the shop so trying not to over do it. Diets been on point the past few days thankfully

1/2 cup mixed grilled corn/bell pepper

I know corn isn't the best choice but sounded good for a change. And well it was better than French fries
