Up before the sun. As crazy as it seems my days have a much better structure and flow getting up and started at 3. Arms knocked out. Chow. Shower. Prep for school. Routine up shortly. Back still a little iffy so I took it pretty easy

Today is an off day since I lifted Sunday. Plus I'm gonna rest my back a lil. Next Couple days of class will be in the shop so trying not to over do it. Diets been on point the past few days thankfully
