The chest workout was a lot different than what i normally do but seemed really effective. Doms will tell me tomorrow. Hahaha. How's the back man??

Change, promotes growth! Its getting better (thanks for asking), I did a light workout this evening... tired of sitting around and needed to do something.. just chest and a little shoulders. Taking it easy now, but will do arms over the weekend.
 
My backs been really sensitive lately. I feel ur pain. Literally. I wish there was an easy solution but I know their isn't. I also know the feeling of missing the gym as an outlet so something is definitely better than nothing

Big chain or an independent? The business is brutal. I hate to see the little guys go out of business, but the margin for profit in the gym business seems so low it must be so hard to keep the doors open.

That sucks buddy. Hopefully there is another close to home for you!
 
Independent. Closest gym is 30 min drive. Each way. So a minimum 2 hrs to get a 1 hr session in

Ahhhh BRUTAL man!!! That really stinks. Any chance of investing in a home gym? Half rack, barbell and bench?
 
I have some stuff. Trx. Kbell. Power block dbells. 4x25lb plates. And a trap bar. Plus I'm moving in a few weeks so not accumulating extra stuff atm. I'll make something work

Agreed. I gotta keep busy doing something. I'd make the drive to the closest gym but I just don't have the time which sux
 
Na man. Nothing closer than that 30 minute drive. Im moving at the end of the month. Where I'm headed the situation should resolve itself

Cool man I know it sucks but just use the equipment you have. Keep the blood movin until you can get back to it hard.

Man. Up since three. Diets been awesome. I hate falling off track. Feel a million times better today than I have for two weeks it seems. Gonna have to find better ways to make it work. Hectic schedule or not.
