I've lost about 8lbs in the last couple weeks. My weight hasn't changed much but bf and bmi changed a ton. With my schedule and current $ situation eating healthy as id like isnt a huge priority. So I'm doing what I can when I can. Breakfast today was
3 whole eggs
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup steal cut oats with 1/4 cup vanilla protein and 2 tbsp natty almond butter

Since I haven't been posting many of my routines I'll at least post an overview. All lifting go now is done in 10/10 ss. Except warmup stuff. 2 cardio sets every session except wed and sat. Cardio then is lots of carries. So it's cardio , 4-5 ss lifts , cardio , then # of lifts I can accomplish based on time. Core done on Tuesdays/Saturday

Monday-shoulders
Tuesday-arms
Wednesday-legs
Thursday-back
Friday-chest
Saturday-compound/complex/functional movement

Just a quick rant on why I prefer hole in the wall gyms over places like planet fitness

No dudes in "skinny" sweat pants. Seriously. Wtf

No employed fat trainers. If ur fat I don't want ur advice. Especially when u charge for it.

No girls working out in only sports bras and booty shorts complaining about how much they hate being starred at when they lift. Put clothes on shyt.

So my workouts are lasting about two hrs. 30 mins of each session being cardio. Without a doubt by definition it's over training. But I feel better both mentally and physically than I have in a while. My bf is dropping and bmi improving. So until it doesn't work im sticking with it

So the crock pot has 6lbs 97ff chicken
2 jars salsa
1 1/2 cups brown rice
1 1/2 cups black beans.

Plus Chipotle powder and lots of hot sauce
