Narrative:
I skipped going in the this morning and am sticking to my 2 days on 1 day off even though all i did was cardio yesterday I was really sore and hit the sack at 9pm dead tired. I plan to hit the gym tomorrow bright and early and am looking forward to do my leg workout out, I was sitting in a meeting for 2 hours this morning and had a chance to review my lift numbers and upped some of my exercises for my leg workout. I had a really bad lunch today, about 4 slices of pizza I'm feeling pretty guilty for my poor diet.. tonight I'll try to do 30 minutes on the elliptical machine to make up for it.

I was sitting in a meeting for 2 hours this morning and had a chance to review my lift numbers and upped some of my exercises for my leg workout....,.

no day off should be complete without cardio and I finally got mine done tonight, I have an elliptical machine in the garage that come very handy to use, now if I could only change my priorities and use it more often :) but I'm slowly changing them, this week I've used the elliptical machine 3 times for a total of 1.5 hours! :thumbsup:

it was either doing that or falling asleep like a few others :D actually i should do this more often so this way i dont have to think about how much weight should i try this time, just read my notes and load the weight :thumbsup:

my cardio sessions will have to be done at night after work, morning time is not suitable for me on my workout days I already spend 1.5 hours in the gym with not time for cardio, on my days off I need the extra sleep :sleeping:
I just need to get in to the habit of getting it done and if evenings is the only time thats still better than not doing it at all :D

those remote all hands meetings can be a drag and they go on for a long time too!

the elliptical, sounds like fun, how do you find it bro?

I love it, for me its the best cardio... I'll do it for 30 minutes but after 10min I'm already sweating, I set it to for HIIT training and keep riding it... its like ski cross training, just make sure you drink lots of water before and after b/c you'll give up a lot, the best part it does not tax your joints at all!

I have yet to try the elliptical machine :(

you should really try it bro, you can get your heart rate up really fast and keep it there without my stress on your body since you're not lifting anything heavy (depending on your weight :D )

this one is beyond me, my weight had a huge jump from yesterday :omfg: all this cardio is having the opposite effect on me, I want to drop weight not gain weight damn it :blink: I did drink fat free milk after my cardio last night not sure if that has anything to do with this!
Anyhow, I did my workout this morning and only raised 2 exercises by 10lbs and felt that my workout was not hard enough, hmm.... i'll have to increase my numbers by more than that next time. As for tonight I will try more cardio on the elliptical machine to see if my morning numbers will drop some!

wow, I'm glad you pointed that out I had no idea 1 cup of milk contained so much sugar, I wont be doing that anymore ;) I'm sure those 48gms of sugar played a rule in my weight

I know your weight has gone up a tad DF, but are you looking leaner and meaner???

I'm starting to notice a difference in my mid section some improvements are appearing and i'm starting to see my upper abs definition coming out, definitely getting leaner :)

Well, tonight I already did my 30 minutes in the elliptical machine that brings my total workout time for today at 2 hours :) if i keep this up I'll definitely be happy with the results! :fing02:
 
Ed, Im chalking your gains up as lean brother! read this, go grab that scale and throw it out in the dam road! and watch people drive over it.:), and can gain while lower BF% which seems liek what is going on here:) Keep doing what your doing.:thubsup:

you're right bro, I dont read too much in to the scale but now I have a habit of checking daily, results in the mirror count a lot more :thumbsup:
having said that I dropped 3lbs since yesterday, so I guess it can work both ways :)

Sounds like you have cardio down real well. Do we get to be privelaged with pics? :banana:

I had put up some pics 2 weeks ago at the beginning of my DCP & LX stack, my body has not change much since then but i plan on keeping up with this cardio routine till then end and then I'll post new pics ;)

Yes, my weight has dropped below my starting mark, although by small margin its a sign that this weeks cardio efforts are starting to pay off, yesterday I spent 2 hours exercising that has to show some gains, for tonight I don't know if can repeat my nightly cardio since I'm a bit tired and I'm planning to do lots of cardio this weekend but its mothers day weekend, dont forget to call your mother and thank her, this could leave me with less time.
My workout this morning was good but not great, I have not had good aggression in the gym lately, but today I got a lot done. Tomorrow is a day off I'll focus on cardio hopefully 2 sessions!
 
Just saw the pics. When you lose the extra weight, you're gonna look ripped. Looks like you have quite a bit of muscle on you. Keep up the hard work. I'm having trouble putting more weight on me :shhh:.

Narrative:
Wow, I've dropped 4lbs in the last 2 days, after I drank that milk when I was done with my cardio before bed, I'm hopping to maintain my weight number in the minus column from here on end. Today I did one session of cardio this evening for 30 minutes, I tried a different setting of a 5k run but did not like it as much, the steady tension was too boring tomorrow I'll go back to my favorite interval setting.

During the week I seldom sleep 8 hours its more like 6 or 7, last night I got 12 :) and I could have slept longer :D I had some good rest, Anyhow tomorrow is mothers day we plan to go out for lunch then hit the beach with the kids, i will not make it to the gym but will get my cardio done!

third round bro, long story, screwed up my foot Few years ago, really had poor recovery first 2 surgerys, I put everything/everyone first besides my own health, just how I am. Third time now, and yes laid up:)

Good to see some weight dropped from yesterday, no workout this morning after working till 4am :sleeping: I had no energy when I got up but later found out i had plenty of time, I was one of the first to arrive :pat:
Tomorrow I'll do legs workout, its been a while I'm looking forward to some serious pumps!

Travesty of the day, I dont know if you guys noticed but NP got some T-911 stocked yesterday for the first time, it was all gone in just a few hours, word has it they only got 12 bottles or so, lets hope next time they order more so we can all get some :bandit:

I can't believe they only got 12 of them, I should have been faster, darn maybe next time...

I cant believe it either, thats a pretty small amount to order for anything and considering LG has good representation and active resp in this board you'd think they would have ordered more considering the interest. I'm starting to get disappointed with NP b/c there's just so many items OOS, its hard to get a good order in when the items you want are not there!

72 of them are inbound as we speak!

I'm glad to hear that NP is placing a larger order, that really got me by surprise!
