DormantFiber jumps off the edge (recomp AE 6wk log Unsponsored)

I'm not a big fan of beer it causes too much damage in the middle section if you know what I mean, you need to pound a few of them to get a good buzz then you're pissing all night... I like my red wine for the longest time since I grew up with it, it was all around me as a kid I used to make wine the old fashion way helping my grandfather out in the summer time and then graduated to brandy at a tender age of 12, then more recently i liked Jack Daniels, Rum and coke or any other scotch anything that kits me fast is what i like.
My ex-wife was a wine maker and I used to drink for days from all the wine she brought home, but i will not get in to that right now :)

Non-alcoholic beer, thats like laying to yourself... I'm drinking but I'm not! or I'm not drinking but I am! which one is it?

All right, time to get back to my log updates... been hell of busy lately to enter my daily updated but the good news is that I've not missed a single day in the gym.
As promised here are some pics I took, these are the ones from over the weekend, I've not had time to take new ones but I should since these are not good, but at least they show all my flaws :D like my flat tire and my caveman look I keep on in the weekends.

Workout Comments:
Maybe it was the day off or the fact it was a weekend and I did not have to leave the gym in a hurry but I had a great workout, I did all my planed exercises then some and I'm up on some of these lifts.

The peck deck machine I use is easy to use, it has a killer design that helps me keep my form spot on you cant feel the weight much or I'm too pumped when I get there, in any case I get a major pump using this machine and

Overall after week one I think this AE is helping me keeping my strength gains from my Epistane cycle, so far I'm happy about it.

With your high reps, this recomp goal should fit you real nice bro.. Pics looked great and the end result should be awesome! I'm digging the house shoes you have on:)

I should get my package today or so, I'm looking forward to the shredded summer stack, I will add that in next week and will bump up the cardio work too thats been neglected recently!

I hear you on the cardio issue, I know its a must and once you start doing it you can literally watch your weight wash off once DCP shows up I will be more dedicated for sure. Wifes can be funny at times... mine sometimes will follow the little onces with the vacuum :D

This morning I 2 scoops of Jacked, my first try and this stuff is really good I felt like a beast in the gym, my legs hurt really good now :D

finally I'm all up to date now, I'll be making my rounds on some of the logs i'm following at last!

Been looking around to what I should stack havoc with on my next cycle that should happen 2 weeks after i'm done with this one... I'm zeroing in on X-tren, been reading some logs and getting some good feedback here too and definitely is looking like what i'm looking for!

Workout Comments:
Today I took my step son to the gym with me I got him a 2 week free pass so the 2 of us went in today to workout, this was his first time and I almost had to bent his arm to get him to go along with me, luckily for him once we got there we found out he could not get that free pass but could stay today, needless to say my workout was not well focused b/c I was helping him out with his workout and explaining how to properly do the exercises i was asking him to do, I ended up taking longer rest periods and did get well focus so i did not try to raise any of my lifts to stay safe.

Today I opened DCP to try out I want to try these in different times/days in case i dont react well to them, I took just one dose before workout and did not feel any negative sides from it start taking DCP & Lean Xtreme at half dose on the first day.

Tomorrow I will be taking a day off to let my body rest and get ready to hit the weights again on Monday!

Nice man! bring the boy there and do some father and son lifting:) glad to see you broke into the DCP, curious to see how it treats you.. what dosing to you plan on following with the DCP?

Poor kid is walking around funny from yesterdays workout :) I tried to give him a full body workout with in 10 exercises and not going heavy to break him in slowly but with legs were last so we went a little heavier, too bad they'll not allow him to have this 2 week pass, I'd really like to see if he's committed during that time, anyhow he tells me right now he will not try to workout consistently and rather focus on school, in the summer the gym can work for him better I will not persuade him right now he's going a fantastic job at school he has 4.0 avg I rather see him going in this direction, in the summer we'll see, I'll try again

DCP I will be dosing 2x3 per day or as recommended since I'm stacking this with Lean Xtreme I hope the results will be put in fast gear, Lean Xtreme I'll be dosing 1x3 again the recommend dose, the combo effect should make this a good stack.
I plan on taking these 2 along with AE first thing in the morning that falls right in to before w/o, 2nd dose 4 hours later and 3rd and final 4 hours later. I'm hopping this summer stack will not affect my appetite or sleeping pattern, I should know in the next couple of days!

Can’t fault him for not wanting to work out consistently. There’s many kids in today’s society that have their priorities are screwed up, but it seems that your son has his set in the right direction, which is fantastic!

man I didn't knew this was happening, sorry df , but better late than never, keep up with this nice logs bro

Hey dormant, hows it going bro, nice log youve got going here, good stuff, im in.

Here's my update without the usual format since today was a really hectic day a work that left me with not time for personal stuff, my current workout review is that it seems I'm reaching a plateau on my current lifts, I'm starting to think that the epistane that I took last month has completely left my system and or this AE is wearing off, in any case I'll have a definite answer if this theory is right tomorrow, I'll be doing back plus biceps and I'll try to keep momentum going at a fast pace through out my session, that has been lacking in my last 2 workouts.

Update on my DCP And Lean Xtreme, Saturday I took 1/2 dose of DCP only and yesterday I took 1/2 dose of both to determine my tolerance or unwanted sides, Sunday through the day I felt fine but last night I had a light sleep with tossing and turning, not sure if its related to DCP or not, I usually have very deep sleep. Today I took full dose of both and felt fine, I'm happy that these are not appetite suppressive since I don't want to lose weight by starving

On another note, this morning my gold membership expired so I went ahead and renew it, I had forgot how easy it is to turn gold... as some of you know its $19.99 for the year which is not much and you feel good to give back to such a awesome board, plus you get coupon codes every now and then!

Tomorrow I should add my usual update and I'll post some before pics once they're resized!

Don't let the psychological game get you down or you won't push yourself as hard!
Looking forward to the progress pics

Steveo, thanks for stopping by, I still have those pics in my device but need to resize them before posting, I have been getting overwhelmed recently at work with my workload which leaves me with little time left for personal stuff, my manager is has been on vacation for the last 2 weeks and I inherited his tasks along with mine, he should be back next week thought then I can be more relaxed at work!

My training has been going at a good speed for the last 10 weeks with out a break, I dont want to take a break right now but may need to pull back some. I'm planning to change my workouts which last 1.5 hours by doing my lifting for 1 hour then quit and do cardio for the remaining time. I still have pretty good pumps through the day and want to just maintain that but focus on my recomp cycle.

don't let the stress get to you from work .

a little late here I know but subbing now

It is commendable that you are striving to stay focussed in spite of the challenges. Keep it up, my friend!

I am going through a mid cycle crisis right now, its nothing related to my supplements I really like the DCP and LX stack and with more cardio I know I will soon see some results, my issues are coming from my hectic work for these past 2 weeks, my manager is on vacation for these 2 weeks and I'm left in charge of the team this comes with more responsibilities, more meetings and less time to do my actual work, then I have a team member that moves at a very slow pace, actually he doesn't do anything unless I tell him what do with every detail and this was driving me mad last week and early this week but at this point i dont give a **** anymore, my manager will be back next week he can deal with it

Basically yesterday was a very stressful day and a few times I thought I was really gonna fall off this cycle for good, I was unmotivated to even think about working out or going back to the gym in general. After a good night sleep I picked my self up and made it to the gym and did my leg workout, it felt really good to go in again and break a sweat and get back in this, if should have some time this weekend I will enter my previous workouts and log my numbers. But starting next Monday things should go back to normal

Good deed of the day:
I was walking back to work after picking up my lunch to go since I dont have time to eat out, I saw this homeless guy holding a "Veteran down on luck" sign so I stopped by and gave him some of my lunch to lift up his spirits and mine, it was good to make him happy and see him smile!

Reps bro that was a very nice thing to do !!! not many people these days do stuff like that anymore. And to help out an old Vet . :usa1: thats awesome

hang in there man. give everyone a task they can accomplish. if someone needs direction, try making a list at home in your spare time for the steps needed to meet the objective.

hang in there man. we had some of those in service who just sat around with a silly look until you gave them a task. we'd literally give them ridiculous missions that would take a few hours, just to keep them out of our hair. like dusting and polishing and doing maintenance on our "field" supplies, while we worked on the vehicles.

Bro, All I can say right now is I'm glad this is over, today i did not track this guy and I know he did absolutely nothing, I know that b/c around 1:45pm he told me his application had not been working all day, but thats not my problem anymore :) I'll just move on worrying about what I need to accomplish. For my its hard to stay unproductive for a short time, but anyhow, different strokes for different folks!

You right bro, when I started taking work home thats when things turned bad, heck, I was even having dreams about work all night long and worried about being late. Monday is already here bro, i'm done playing the manager role I'm back at being just the team lead and this individual is not on my team!
That LG Protein would hit the spot , I'm sure you guys will put out a great product, I place my entry a while back, not the most sexy one but I tried!

It took me a while to read between your lines or get the hint but after I visit your LG Testers needed thread I made the connection, I'm one of the winners! This makes me stoked, thanks bro

This proves that its true, what you give to the universe you get back, earlier I gave a homeless guy part of my lunch and tonight I got back something in return!
