Day 6
Am 17HM dose waking me the hell up, fo sho.

Am weight 181.5

Normal breakfast- SB Expresso lite mixed with 1.5 heaping scoops procomplex, 1 cup water

Going to be very hot today, index's up to 110.

Deads and Squats today......hoorah!

I finally decided my sweet spot on afternoon dose is 3-3:30 pm.

We have a family business per say, so i can get alot of different beverages and whatnot, wholesale. The Expresso lite is the little can, i think it costs me 1.25 a can. Which it really dont "cost me" anything.

Its not a "money is not an object" per say, its just i like the coffee.

As far as real gear goes. Yeah i know, it would be cheaper, but still illegal.

I am not reay to pin again yet anyway. Thats down the road.........

I am still havin fun with the OTC stuff. lol

110, damn. i work in a furnace, ok not really. but a corrogator in a box plant is pretty hot. nothing to lose 10 pounds after a 12 hour shift. check out poseidon and purple wraath, if your are like me it's hard to eat decent when your hairs on fire, poseidon helps with hydration and pw is great when you are not able to consume quality cals.:thumbsup: btw congratulations to all who are celebrating sobriety. 13 years sober is the greatest accomplishment of my life,so far.

Congratulations on the time! that is great, gives me 1 more reason to make it another day. I agree soberiety is my greatest accomplishment as well. With this disease, its only matter of time before it steals all the others.

I force myself to eat. I will put down at least 4 cups of chx/rice today, maybe five. I have 2 qts of water made up already.

We have fans in the shop, so that helps. But when your arse deep working inside on a hot car, it doesnt matter. lol

just have some PCT supps on hand afterwards. When i took it a few of years ago, i had some nasty nipple itch and that was before i knew ANYTHING about PCT, etc.....

You aren't located in florida by chance? I'm looking for a shop where i could feel comfy bringing my baby in for some work, as I dont have the time to do it myself

Yeah the little cans arent too bad.

Nah, I work in a corporate owned Automotive shop in misery.I really enjoy working on cars, most of them anyway. I must say, some of them in this county plain suck arse.

3.5 cups chx/rice today- 4 meals.
3 home grown tomatoes- tad smaller than baseball size. 1 each last 3 meals.

Water, and more water.

Will eat 1 cupish LF cottage cheese with 1/4 cup mixed nuts and PC shake for dinner.

Snacks as usual, mixed nuts.


Would i do it again? Its only been 7 days. For $12.50, i mean its worth that as just the energy boost i get........ for the money, yes i would do it again.......i actually have another bottle. picked them both up for 25 bucks.

Libido pretty good. Two fap sessions today. That may be residual from ABB tribulus shot PreWO on deads yesterday.

tomorrow will be arms. hoping to get a good pump.

The weather is forecasting a decent day today. Should have a good workout tonight.
 
you know, I dont think I recall seeing whether your goal was bulk, recomp, maintain or cut?


I had been sloppin out for awhile to gain weight. Now i am slowing getting back in check.

So, i am hoping to recomp a bit....... I will start an 8 week cut in sept.(similiar diet, less cheats, and 1 more day in gym-20 minutes cardio & ABS only)

Its pretty easy for me to lose weight once i watch calories and add cardio, but muscle goes too.......damnt

Day 8 Part B

Long day at work.

4 cups chix/rice. 4 meals. 3x homegrown tomatoes. I skipped the mator on the PreWO meal.

did i mention water.........as far as beverages, nothing but water the last few days..........

biceps and triceps tonight.

3 sets Bi's-4x6- reverse, straight bar and db
5 sets-4x6 tris- push downs, kickbacks, overhead press(db),tricep machine.
3x10 close grip Push ups supersetted.

maybe more on the tri's. I just got them good and burning and bailed.

no gameface today for some reason. successful work out, but not mentally in it, i used alot on tuesday with deads and squats.
 
Day 9

Am weight 182-

Am dose doesnt give me the boost it once did. I have high tolerance to stims anyways.

Last nite's dinner- slopfest........lol

1 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup mixed nuts washed down with a 1 scoop PC shake

hour later- the little woman made a Lucia's :pizza:.....She had 2 pieces......... I had the rest:aargh:

Back on track today with chix/rice.

No workout till monday.

4 cups chx/rice, 4 sittings....... 1 homegrown mator

Overall all day was good. Steady work, not hot.... Mood good.

Bi's and Tri's tender from workout. My DOMS is usually the worst at 48 hours. See how i recover tonight.

I am hungry!

Typical morning protein shake with expresso.....

Chix/rice prepped up for the day........ Probably have a dose of cottage cheese today.

Pump and soreness from thursday arms workout still lingering.

Pump still good today. Aggressive mood and behavior this morning. Working on saturdays, suck.

Day 11-

Am dose empty stomach kickstart. Protein Shake breakfast with xpresso. Arms feel good, still have very slight tenderness. I will be fresh for chest and shoulders tomorrow.

Last nite-
Dinner was horrendous. I deserve a biatch slap......

Gustation of the following:

4 Soft Taco Supremes
2 Meximelts dipped in nacho cheese
Firesauce X 5 packs

2 King Size Snickers bars........Hey, they had a 2 for 1 special.

Suprisingly enough, I managed to weigh only 181.5 this morning.

Not sure what is in store for food today. I know i will eat some cottage cheese and some shakes. Going to friends house for visit, so i will eat what they offer.

On average, Libido sessions 1 every other day.
 
one of the things I never understood was the strong lethargy I had with the 17 mh, in the first 2 weeks I really felt the product making what its suppose too but after that the lethargy ruined everything, just like I was on a non aromatizable steroid cycle(and let me tell you , it was IDS so everything was possible)

I am actually feeling this as well. Its usually at work, when its slow, so its hard to guage. My gym workouts feel good. Im rolling with it. I just eat a 200mg caffeine tab when it gets too bad.

I got lethargy on anabolic halo and powerfull among many supplements I have used over the years. Lethargy alone for me is not a sole indicator of exogenous testoterone. I am not noticing shrinkage or extreme strength gains either. Deads and squats day will be the telltale.

I will keep an eye on it though.

Day 11 Part B

So far today I have eaten. Just got back from riding.

2 PC shakes
2 cheeseburgers(ground steak) with cheese, mators, lettuce, ketchup, mustard and 5 kosher 1/4's.
Amp tall boy sugar free
K20 Kellog Drink.......it was free..
Another PC shake, 1/3 cup almonds (Diamond)
Oven toppers- 1 stuffed tilapia

FAP session today.......lol........... is that needed information, or should i only indicate the absence of said FAP. :)

Im a weak biatch.....

Got my workout done in 30 minutes or less.....So my rest periods were 30 seconds or less, with 1 minute or so rests between sets............

Equating into an even weaker biatch syndrome.(if thats possible)

I hate it when i cut cals..........My lifts ALWAYS suffer......ALWAYS.

Come hell or high water, I will have a good workout tomorrow..

Total Food intake sad for the day, It felt that way.

hope you got the original snickers on the two for 1. the almond ones suck in comparison. since stopping drinking, coffee, krispy kremes, and snickers are my #1 vices.:lol:

I will eat properly today ..... When i am at work, believe or not, i can make time to eat. I have fridge and microwave next to my tool box. We also have an ice machine, drinking fountains and galley.

when i am busy at work i don't even think about food, i rely mainly on stuff like purple wraath and protein shakes. i haven't heard a kitchen called a galley since my navy days, you got a head too?:lol:
 
I need to get used to bringing food into work with me again, since i'm changing jobs and no more working from home. not sure how i'm going to cope with that part

Its just an adjustment...... I have trouble with caloric intake when Im NOT at work.........go figure...........
 
I think i'm going to do it scivation style - do the mixed meals in large bowl at home with the meats, veggies, carbs, etc all together, make a few pounds of it, then just measure it into tupperware containers to bring with me. seems like the best way to control it. that plus protein powder and a shaker cup, and some nuts for snacks
 
food is easy, at one point i was taking up to 20 pills while at work. that raised some eyebrows at first. everyone is used to it now, no big deal. but i get bugged about what to take for this and for that, no problem though i don't mind that.:thumbsup:

Tupperware is where its at......... I have measuring cups...... I figure my mix of chix/brnrice/spices/olive oil ...........Each cup costs me around $1.25+/- depending on the cost of chicken.

Overall so far I am disappointed in this IDS product. I feel like shite with post afternoon dose. Strength is going down. Libido is it the same. Mood is not better.

In its defense, I have been cutting calories too......... Usually when i do that, my lifts all suffer.

Unless something changes I will sell the other bottle...

Yummy.

I feel my glutes and hams and back from last nights workout. Quads should kick in later today or tonight........See how bad the DOMS is tomorrow.
 
thanks for the review, if things continue this way you will have saved me from trying this. got to admit interest was peaked at the start. maybe just use second bottle as a pre-workout stim.

No problem bro, thats why i posted it.

I must admit though........

I just came off a wonderful stack........ AX,LX,PCS and ZMA.
And Im cutting calories, bridging into a cut sept 1st(60 days).

For the money i paid for it, its okay.........But 30 or 40 bucks a bottle...........NO WAY.

I will say it again..........That last stack is my favorite so far....Besides real test.
