Off and on for about 4 years. Started out not knowing what I was doing and just ****ing around in a gym for about a year then found AM.. I am coming off a short hiatus (just had a baby) currently and taking it slow with a strong focus on muscular imbalances and mobility work.
Current Training Schedule:
either 5/3/1 for football or a combo of WS4SB and 5/3/1
Current Cardio Schedule:
I usually end my workout with some sled work (heavy sled drags or sled sprint) or some burpees or a barbell complex of some sort. Really depends on how much time I have after the workout and how Im feeling
Supplements:
GH/Test boosting along with some cortisol control and an aromatose inhibitor:
HGHup - hup A (lower somatostatin levels and prolong HGH pulse), EGCG, LCLT, mucuna and cholorophytum (boost and prolong HGH pulses as well as adding in green tea to help with fat loss and LCLT for androgen receptor density)
IGF-2 - rhodia rosea, mucuna and cholorophytum (boost HGH, IGF and test as well as adding in a adaptagen to help with stress and also increase creatine deposition)
Free Test - 3,7 keto, ALCAR, forskolin, NAC (should improve both T:E ratio and T:C ratios)
Pre-workout:
Drive - Forskolin, Icariin and cordyceps (pre workout for help with endurance and lean body composition)
Lit-Up - DAA, SamE and TMG (which has some positive lean body composition potential as well as being methyl donor - see link: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplements/183806-betaine-ergogenic-aid.html )
Anabolic pump - used prior to fasted training sessions (see AP fasted training link below for more info)
Misc supplements:
Fat Free - DHEA, ursolic acid (which should compliment c-20 nicely), coffea arabica, PEA and EGCG
Modern BCAAs - self explanatory
Neovar - creatine plus gymnea (GDA)
Alpha GPC -lower somatostatin levels
I have been taking the above for about a month now (with the exception of fat free which was recently added in) so I should be able to gauge any additional benefits and/or effects from c-20
Current Diet and macros:
I subscribe to a majority of the paleo/primal diet philosophies. Pretty much I try to avoid most grains and dont eat foods with gluten. My carb sources are fruits, potatoes, WMS (post workout) and veggies. Yes I count my calories/macros and yes I weigh my food. I never understood why counting has been demonized within the fitness culture but I do it. Currently I am doing a somewhat intermittent fasting and keto type diet but I take in way too much protein so if anything it is more paleo without the fruit and potatoes. I have been doing refeeds on the weekend witch is just a TON of sushi, rice, potatoes and a coupe fruits. I have had great success with it so far but have been thinking of adding some carbs in and cutting back on some dietary fat. The refeeds are getting expensive (the sushi) and it is hard to eat 900g of carbs while avoiding gluten and grains. So with this I will be adjusting my fat intake and carb intake. The macro split I like is 40/20/40 (P/C/F) and will remain on a intermittent fasting schedule.
By the way, any ETA on when this beta fasted training protocol will be released strategic? I base my fasted training sessions on mullets protocol and am extremely curious to see what changes have been made. If I get selected I wouldnt be opposed to giving this new fasted protocol a try either

About 1-2 hours later I take in 60g carb from potatoes or rice and will eat 2 servings of fruit later on in the day. Rest of my meals are protein and fats. On non workout days my fasted period is closer to 18-20 hours but on lifting days I really only train fasted and have my first meal about 2 hours after the workout
Taken throughout the day is Drive, HGHup, Free Test, Fat Free and IGF-2. Plus I take more neovar prior to my other meals
Pre bed is Na-Rala, IGF-2, HGHup, and some BCAAs
Will I log it if chosen? Yes! Its been too ling since I had a log going and will be willing to log c20
