The awesomeness in here is abundant!

Killing it DMA! I told you to eat and you would see some weight. I am sure some of that will come back down but a cycle to grow needs food although when weight seems steady and getting leaner it is ALWAYS awesome for people to tell you that you are much bigger!!!!
Thanks man!! Yeah, it's just so hard to get my head around eating so much when coming off a cut. It's just a mental hurdle. But I know that any unwanted weight, fat, or water will come off relatively easy just by cleaning up for a couple weeks. If I want the muscle, I have to eat. And oh yeah, eating is fun!! But actually now that I grabbed some weight over the weekend I will clean up this week and try to hold steady. Don't want to get carried away. Besides, I don't have any cupcakes or cinnamon rolls at my house. And I'm not about to go buy any!! LOL

lol I bake a cake almost every week and end up eating the whole thing let alone tons of other stuff and don't even gain a pound man it sucks actually cause ive been a hardgainer my whole like and actually learned to force feed myself until I get sick to gain a couple pounds well training but I really cant wait for this cycle to start eating like a horse and seeing the results EXTREMELY EXCITED!! heres me in 2009 after almost 4 years of really driving on machines and different calastenics and force feeding myself, I got out about a month before this pic at 192 with a little fat and actually dropped to 178 in two weeks but it was all mostly fat and my strength remained the same SUPPLEMENT FREE, so I have a good base, ill up a picture of me now as well, I went back in for another 4 years and altered my trained to more concentrated methods to get all the secondary muscles more and less compound and got out at 185, back in march, I am now 173 after being sick and want to get up to 205 and see how I look and feel, I appreciate everything guys!

Dude you're solid already. This cycle should be money!! Plus you're motivated, open ears, and doing your homework. I know it will be a success. Too many people think they're just magic pills that do all the work and don't do their part.

Hell yea!! I totally agree too man, "everybody wants to get big but don't wanna lift no damn weight!!" ive seen that all toomuch then they do cycles and gain mass but it looks sloppy and think their big lol! im thinking I got a good base with hardly any fat so I should really shine on it I hope!! Im definitely making sure I got all my bases covered so my first time is right on target and everything works out. once again thank you all!!

Agreed you gotta feed it or diet right to get the results you want unless just looking for a shortcut to get decent results without as much effort. The gym is the easy part doing the nutrition right is the hard part.

Nice. I eat about a pound, but half a pound of beef and half a pound of turkey as well.
I eat a chitload of proats, chicken sandwiches and more white rice than anyone can know

For breakfast i usually make some Quaker instant oats, two scoops and then out a scoop of whey in them with some skim milk. Tastes so fricking good... That's like the powers breakfast, all this is making my mouth water guys

Lol the best combo I've bad, bar none. 80g oats, cooked with water, then when done add a scoop of peanut butter marshmallow protein from Cellucor, 2 quest cravings peanut butter cups all smashed and crumbled in. Then microwaved again for another minute. So effing good, and sometimes I'll add blueberries too

Shoulder Destruction today. I don't know what my PR for DB shoulder press was before. I know on my Epi/Tren cycle earlier this year, my Flat Bench and Shoulders were at their strongest. But today had to be close. I lost a lot of the strength I gained on that cycle and then went to a GVT style routine, and am trying to get back to where I was. Well it's coming back fast. Some things are already stronger than ever now, seems like all my pulls and legs. But I got 315 for 1 on Bench on that cycle and have fallen way off with the volume training.

I liked the gains from Tren, but would want to run it higher and longer and not sure I can handle the sides. The night sweats and BP at 90mg was out of control for me. I do know a little more now on methods and supps to control it, but I probably won't ever run it again.

As far as I know it would be waste since it'll be to a different hormone. Levels wouldn't be built up either so to gauge its effectiveness in a short timespan would be toughh

My bro,
Run Hdrol for six weeks at 50/75/75/75/75/100 if you want do a hundred the last two weeks and you will be plenty satisfied. There are always future cycles

^^^this. DMZ has the usual sides as well. My BP is elevated and it affects my sleep. But not nearly like the Tren. An I'm using Dermacrine at 5-6 pumps a day to battle the lethargy and it's working. Libido is non existent. Almost can't wait to PCT to get it going.

I'm using 4-6 pumps of dermacrine a day at 110mg of Hdrol... I have 3, 25mg pills a day and then one 35... (My friend had same compound but different brand that dosed it at 35mg per pill so I'm taking it to last the week)

My sex drive is higher than ever on this cycle. And shut down hasn't been a thing until I hit 110mgs. Sleep is okay since dermacrine...
Hdrol sides are easier to deal with Cuz you can change the dose over a larger window

Blood pressure is worst side IMO.

I really miss my libido...haven't seen it since 3rd week of Osta. Just one of those things you hope PCT goes smooth and brings back ASAP.
