Finally a return to good form/great chest day after my last day almost a week ago. Felt really good to finally see the reps hit where I wanted them to. Felt really nice and strong again and got a good stretch with each rep. I know I'll be sore tomorrow for sure
! Triceps really stole the show today. With the exception to the dips, which I blame the pullovers for, everything went up in weight and/or reps and that felt great. I didn't do skullcrushers today because I've done them the past 3 times and figured it was time for a break. Was particularly impressed with the pushdowns, both attached and non-attached. Kind of surprised that the weight felt that easy. I would call this day a success! And this was a fasted workout too because I was pressed for time so I had no preworkout meal 2 hours prior (as was the deadlift yesterday which I forgot to mention
)! Will probably be taking tomorrow off and do some HIIT and then legs will be on Wednesday. I usually like to take a day off before legs (and eat a little dirty as well).
