Yesterdays workout was high volume and I really liked it but def felt winded a little by the end.
Workout: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Incline DB Press:

Smith Upright Rows:

Close Grip Bench press:
135x12
185x5
165x6
155x7 Drop-setted to 135x4
Cable lateral raises:
Dropset to failure
Tricep Cable Pushdowns:
2 Dropsets to failure
My triceps were burnt after this workout, but made up for it today. I hope everyone had a badass thanksgiving! I know I did :sly:
