. . that protein powder supplements are WORTHLESS?!?!?!?!

They make your muscles soft!
Fill you with water!
Drinking choc milk post workout is just as good, if not better!

This is what is told to HS athletes by their coaches! One student told me I was soft and puffy from they protein drinks, it's not really muscle it's water.

It gets worse: some suggested tren for strength gains!

How are some coaches some uninformed/uneducated/stupid when it comes to these matters? Most are PE teachers, therefore have degrees in exercise science/physiology/kinesiology so they are not dumb people.

Stop buying protein and just get the tren!
 
very true and real. My coachs were against it, but they encouraged natural products. They knew about DS/ph and discouraged us from it.
 
I shake my head at least twice a day because of the public's general misinformation about health and fitness.
 
Jay Cutler & Ronnie Coleman got HYOOOGE from chocolate milk! Sure it is good in a fix if you dont have your protein handy, get some carbs and protein post workout, but as a daily supp regiment not ideal of course.

And sure the fluid intake may make you a lil bloated but if you are not competing do you need to be ripped and shredded? Especially the lineman, anything to get them bigger, not leaner!

If you're a coach, in the end it's all about winning not long term health.
 
What is the world coming to for real. My coaches were the same way. They had college degrees but the thing is it took them about 8 years to get a BACHELOR'S degree. Take that for what it's worth.
 
My high school wrestling coach knew his stuff. Never really needed his help when it came to supps but he pointed me in the right direction. He was a little on the younger side and knew Forrest Griffin before he became TUF.
