Defective...supplements

so last week i ordered some prine from USP labs and was super excited to try this product out...the doorbell rings i rush up stairs grab the package and open it ill pull the prime out among the rest of the things i ordered.

any way... i go to open up the prime and when I open the "NEW" bottle of prime and there was a coating of dust (like a pill had broken open and spilled) but when i took out all the pills they were all intact.... any one CARE to help me... anyone had this problem before?
 
My pct assist from c e l was like that too. I think its just particles from the caps that somehow get loose during shipping. I personally didn't think much of it and carried on like normal
 
ya that could be it but you know this stuff is not cheap and i want it to be working at full potential... do you ever think that companies put the ingredient on the bottle then fill then with a placebo? i am in no way saying USP labs is doing this.
 
Well that is always a possibility that's the risk in buying supps that aren't FDA regulated. But usp is a really good company and I actually liked prime. That stuff made me so hungry all the time so if nothing else it helped me get my diet in check. It also got me more vascular I would definitely buy prime again
 
I guess unfortunately we don't. But if some of the stuff I take is placebo its the best damn placebo out there lol
 
this is kinda common...a couple pills might have broken open, or something happened in the manufacturing process and some raw material got into the bottle.

if you find more than a few broken capsules in your bottle then I'm sure USP labs would take care of it...their customer service kicks ass!
 
this is very common in many supps. No reason for alarm

Um... this sounds REALLY familiar. Did everything you order come in like this?

How do you know what you are getting in your milk jug or anything else is true? Tylenol was tainted with poison purposefully, plenty of things are accidentally. At least for supplements, once all companies are cGMP compliant at least in theory they'll be testing all batches before and after tableting/capsuling
 
T-AD on to something here?...

i mean, i'd hate to doubt clax and maybe he just has bad luck and this is all coincidence... but i only ran into this issue once, with Now ADAM multis.
 
Ya....bro my room happens to be in the basement? Well this might play into it I order all my things from amazon idk could be it?

yeah i had a similar problem more then likely there is a broken pill or pills in there somewhere, take a quick picture with a cell phone and send it to one of the reps and they take care of it
 
I had the same thing happen to me with my AP, it was like 9 broken caps. I told USP about it and even sent them pics, but I didn't get taking cared of.

Or maybe what you thought was raw material was DUST from it sitting around so long!!!
 
And by 2nd quality what does that mean like they were the supps that did not get sold in the stores?

Man, I go shoppin at da Dolla Sto for lots of stuff and never get dis kind of stuff happnin to me. Dey got da second rate stuff dere, but I never had no problems wif dat. I get all ma supps from Dolla Genral and Imma get HEYOOOGE!!!!













Now... see how dumb that sounds? There's a reason why there is a chain of retail. There's companies, distributors, then retailers. In that chain, there's a paper trail that continues quality control. Going to schmeebay or Amazon or craigslischt or a flea market or a yard sale to get a better price is the same as going to ye ol' casino and putting a couple bucks down at the blackjack table. Sure, you see a deck of cards. Sure, you know the possibilities of what's under those cards they dealt ya. But it's a gamble!! It doesn't take much at all to open up a good product, dump the caps out, repack them with anything from rice flour to cocaine to lye, cap 'em again, put 'em back in the bottle, reinstall the safety seals and sell it at a "primo" price. Hell, I've got a scale and capper at my house, but does that make me certified to sell you stuff? Only if you like blackjack. ;)

mi get dat der cell tech brah at dolla sto yo and mi found some powder in mi botle of cell tech, wat is it brah? how i know its rEal?

mi bottles of LG Ghenerate is defective 2 yo brah, came out to melt like liquid durin ship time, no pills in bottle. how i know its rEal?
 
they have tools at home depot, perhaps you can fix the defective supplements with do it yourself methods. youtube prolly has some vids posted.
