Day 18

Cardio

Pull ups:

Hanging Knee Ups:

Sit ups:
30,30

Stairs- 1 set= 5 stair cases
1,1,1

4 miles non stop all at the track

Pretty intense day, had a ton of energy for some reason even after work all day. Was a very good session.

Now gonna rubby some Lipo Burn on my tummy and take my 2 stoked and 2 testos :) really loving this stack

IT KEEPS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER!!! and so do i lol:gives:

wow-when i was at mission beach in the late 70's 90% of the chicks were blond haired and blue eyed-i read an article that said with all the inter-racial mixing by the year 2050 blond hair and blue eyes will be almost extinct.
