Spent the Afternoon working on my BMW. Attached is the codes Originally that came up. I replaced the number 2 cylinder. I replaced the Vanos Solenoids. The codes are gone. But when the engine heats up, it whines. Then I get a rough ideal and Shutoff. I thought it might be the Fuel Filter, and then I seen another video that said the battery. I drove it thinking battery with no radio, no air, no headlights. It did take longer to rough ideal. But still took longer, then revved it trying to shut it off it didn't. Then turned on lights and revved. Still rough but no shutoff. Then added the radio revved it no shutoff. Then MAX A/C rough idol went away. And leveled out anyone have any idea's. @Rocket3015 your a car guy?Invalid Link Removed
What year make and model of BMW do you have?
 
Have you checked the vac lines to the idle control valve (Small leak might cause that). Idle control valve might need cleaned with some WD40.
I checked them all I ended up also changing the head gasket, and the PCV Breather Valve. It's been running good again. Took a minute though.

I haven’t heard anything else if so. It was unexpected but he was 78 so I would say he had a good run at least. Many would be so lucky...

WTF!!! Since I have cut down, every TRT Shot, Left Ass Cheeck slow drip, and gotta plug it, Right Ass Cheeck every fu**ing time its like I hit Oil. Maybe I just need to find new places to shoot
 
I love the quad, it’s quick and easy. Just have to watch for nerves. Hit one and your leg shoots up, make sure you don’t have a chair in front of you. Did that once.

I kinda took a pin and poked around my leg for a little, I found a spot that was pretty numb and it didn’t hurt when I poked it. I’ve been pinning there since and it hasn’t hurt at all. If I go too far off to the side then I feel like I get close to a nerve.
 
Sad news about Franco! He was the reason I started bodybuilding when I was 15. Being somewhat short my self I really followed his advice and in the mags back in the day. (yes back when you had to buy a magazine)

His fasting glucose would make him a questionable candidate for Mk right now, plus any extra hunger may be unwanted as he’s been working to cut down a little more if I’m not mistaken.
Very true. Very good point. I always dose gh low and not necessarily every day so maybe thats why i only ever notice positive results. But on a hard cut i would also stay away. I love input like this. Bc it helps figure out things like- Started fasting 48hrs ago and realize ive been overeating for sure.

Love the infantryman. So good. Also, fyi iv8888 are now selling someone else's mre's. Forget whos but they're not bad. Brother tossed me the steak and potatoes that was just like one in their video and must say it does what uts supposed to. Anyways, keep up the beastly work! You have inspired me to make my yearly winter transformation, when everyone else is getting fatter lol.

My right ass is an absolute no go. My left is ok but dont like bending around as i like to push slow and leave needle in for a gold 10-15 secs after im done pushing, sooo, thighs only and right one is getting pretty bad build up so doing more left anterior thigh and delts and also started and liking traps after recommended by a close friend. Will probably also switch from 1.25 and 1in to .5in as to avoid old scar tissue. But ive been doing thighs for past 5 or 6yrs or so and sp easy and painless etc that its my go to. If i feel scar tissue i just pull and move up or down a bit and try again. No biggie. Hope this helps.
Edit for location- put bottom hand where it meets wrist on where leg bone goes in hip, look at finger tips. Then put fingertips on middle of knee and see where bottom of hand/wrist lands. That space btween is prime location to pin. Om the outside of thigh of course. Thats how several doctors and nurses have shown me to my rocephin injections and those are far more painful than anything besides dhb base. So w test and most oils I habe no pip in side of thigh. Hope this helps. Keep up awesome work! And my god your a beast, I hope in a few months i can do your workout. Hope* being the operative word. Props soldier.

Sorry I wasnt on here yesterday. It was my daughters 9th birthday. So she picked Golden Corral for dinner. Sunday was her party at the bowling alley. Got a workout in today will post here. Definitely wont be here tomorrow. My wife has a procedure tomorrow morning. So I will be taking care of momma for that. And we still waiting on the date for her neck surgery that the Neurosurgeon recommended because of the wreck.
