Well from Aaron today on his IG Cast. Alot of people where posing questions, so he did answer it kind of. He basically said, with everything going on, that Redcon1 is not involved, and there is no one at Redcon1 that is worried about anything. I see it as a witch hunt on the industry. The US FDA is backed and paid for by Big Pharma, and everyone knows that if Big Pharma ain't making their cut. They want it gone. So the FDA, will go after anyone Big Pharma wants them to, until we are all eating estrogen filled soy burgers, and buying products from the Pharmacies at jacked up prices to fix the issues that are happening, and even then they can control how much of it we can get and at what price.
 
I think the Feds threw alot of charges at everyone, to see who would crack and roll for a plea bargain. And if anything, like always Feds throw a bunch of charges at people to see which ones will stick if any.
But the feds maintain well over a 90% conviction rate. If they have any desire to get these guys they will....due process out the window

Well, I can't comment on those flavors. I didn't try those yet. The Crunchy Cinnamon Bits though I can say I have really enjoyed.

Blueberry cobbler MRE bar is the best tasting protein bar I have had. The German chocolate MRE bar is good too.

Two of my favorite flavors right there !!
 
Today is a scheduled off day, which I can use anyways cause my body is still telling me it is still beat up from yesterday. Will do back on Friday, and then doing legs on Saturday with a buddy of mine.
 
Update. The Redcon cinnamon toast whatever BAR is the best protein bar I’ve ever tasted. I don’t eat protein bars because I never like them. This one was great

Have you had Sinfit Cinnamon Crunch? I'd be interested to know how they compare, because those are off the charts good.

I have dealt with back issues before, have been doing heating pad and ibuprofen to loosen it up, and used the wife's S-bar to loosen the muscle. And yes right now is a recomp
