So I created this log in plans of my next run, which will include Tbol, Test-C, and Oral Tren, more on that as soon as I start it.
I also created because I don't believe in Resolution's every New Years. I don't do resolution's, and I don't make threats, I only make promises I can keep and I will crush 2019, I promise.
This will be a very detailed log everything from wake time, meals, supplements taken, workouts and bed time.
My staple supplements are: Multivitamin, B12, C, D, CoQ10, Probiotic, Omega 3, ACV pills, Ginger Root, and TRT shot 200mg Test-C split dose Monday Mornings, and Thursday afternoon.
So to start this out I have attached some pics from over the years just to show that I have been in every weight range humanly possible. I wasn't always just the skinny kid, or the fat kid everyone picked on.
