Dude I have to make weight next Friday, and already pulling things down in preparation (as volume is slashed heavily this week to finalize my over-reach while I do a few really heavy sets, so calorie needs dropped already). Next week is all 30% form check and bloodflow work, plus cutting, so that's gonna blow....but after weighins at 10 on Friday, I've got all day to get as heavy as possible for Sat. There will be donuts, and biscuits and gravy, and Idk what else, but it will prob look like your Sundays while you were gaining :biggthumpup:
Hell yeah man! Let me know how you do. Carb up like a mofo! I can't wait for my show to end. It will be buffet time bro. I'm gunna be happier than a pig in sh*t. I will relax and let my body recover and start bulking around August 1. Was thinking of logging it for fun.
