Copenhagen ftw. Silver lid all day everyday right here. I noticed Bradley Cooper had some silver lid in his face in nearly every scene of American Sniper. I felt much pride.

Even if you were, not necessarily at this stage of your life. You sound hungry, career-wise. That can be pretty dominating. Ain't nobody got time to settle down when they're chasing big fish in deep waters.

I'd do the meet before you start your prep, like you said. You can get ready for a meet in 6-14wks (leaning on the longer end if you haven't been doing much strength training). 4 if you just wanna push the drugs and don't care what you do. But to get in stage condition, and learn to pose, that's gonna be every bit of 14 weeks.

So I gotta pick a different show than the October show. My little bro got engaged and is expecting to get married end of October. That takes priority now. Ain't no way I can afford to compete out of state AND fly home to be there for the wedding. So back to the drawing board! Haha

Mid-Atlantic Gran Prix mid November. Wheeling, WV. Good show and can't be too far from you.

Not really. The NPC has a hard time here and the scene isn't big. I'm getting myself out there to play the politics but from what I'm told winning is determined by who you know because it's small here

I'm going up to NC in 2 weeks. I'm on a prop cycle and I'll be gone for like 4-5 days. How should I go about doing this? Should I just hit a shot of test e before leaving?

I prefer sustanon because I feel better on it, but especially for a purpose like that since it has short and intermediate esters in it and Id imagine it'd help with stability in your blood. You could get away with tpp if you have any of that but yeah I'd pin my weekly dose prior to leaving.

Yeah I ain't dead lol. I fixed weak points, juiced up, worked on symmetry, injured myself and then got sick then busted my a$$ and got to a nice 230 then cut. Sitting at 215 now 4 weeks out. Time to drop some fat.
 
Definitely got bigger and better, DD - even your legs look improved, and they were always so strong. Glad to see you're still playing to win!

Here is a sample. NOTE: I now combine shoulder and chest on the same day. Shoulder first (because personally my shoulders can be overbearing during a chest workout and take away from pec development) then followed by chest. Now chest workout suffers in weight because my delta are thrashed but dang does my chest get worked hard lol.

Shoulders:
-SS-
BB Press 4 sets of 10-12 (reps narrow grip elbows forward.)
EZ Bar UR Rows 4x8 (HEAVY and cheat)

Smith Behind the neck press 4x8
Stand Front raises 4x6 (HEAVY and Cheat)

Seated Arnold press 3x8
Seated lateral raise 3x12 (dropset on last)

Lateral raise FST-7 7x10

Rope pulls to neck 2x20

Yeah I used some new techniques for chest development since it was a weak point and it worked. Added a good amount. My delts just grew as an accident kind of because of my switch ups in routine.

I went to DC training for 2 months but injured myself (right rotator cuff again). And separated my shin muscles from my tibia and bone spurs came back in my knees. I went to peptides, Deca and more GH and healed up. Then got sick as fuk (not gear related) and it took a few good weeks to get over. Then went ham and put everything back on and decided to do a 10 week cut for a show. So all in all I had a decent off season but wait until this show is over... Got some serious size to put on. 240 with abs here I come. I found the magic way for my diet, training and supps to line up :)

I'm always in to win bro. My setbacks gave me some serious fuel and when the time was right I let loose and put in the work. I landed a legit sponsor that has been very supportive and helped a ton as far as the legal side of supps and my expenses. I'm gunning for first place with a serious vengeance and I'm gunna show these fukers who will be winning the shows for the next 3 years in this state.

And thanks for the should sample. Been doing the smith b/n presses lately and I find they reall allow me to focus on my mid-rear delts and upper back more. Been doing them zavickas style (sitting on the floor) for some extra core engagement and hamstring stretch.

Rather not say where but it's end of June. I normally do them sitting on a bench. It's simpler for me and allows me to go through my sets at a quick pace. I used to do then zavickas style but I'm heavy and getting up and down on the floor got irritating haha
