3 sets 3 reps 185lbs, 205lbs, 225lbs
2 sets 3 reps 250lbs, 275lbs** +Belt
2 sets 3 reps 300lbs, 320lbs** +Pioneer Convict Wraps
Squats, Box/ High;
4 sets 3 reps 275lbs, 315lbs, 340lbs, 365lbs
Bench;
10 sets 2 reps 225lbs
RDL's;** Green Bands
4 sets 7 reps 135lbs, 155lbs, 185lbs, 210lbs
Starting the prep was hoping to PR both squats, 424, and deads, 468, but starting to wondering about squats. Deads have really been taking a toll on my squats the last few weeks but the plus is still running a little ahead of last meet, 402 at the meet. Next week will be the last week were High Bar are my ME day and will switch over to comp squats then. That will be the telling sign. Will also go from 4 movements a week down to 3. Deads are my main focus so will still do 4 at least for next week.
