Man that is what I was thinking too. Its cool u got someone to pin for u, but the way it sounds like u run through chicks like the Juggernaut it might not be a good idea the girls know. Your absolutely right but here is the thing this dude looked like juiced I mean he is 6'1" 250-60 at like 10% I mean this mother****er could easily compete...me k. The other hand I still got a bit of a belly and some love handles going on so even after this cycle is over I'll just look more aesthetic is gonn take me at least 2 more to get where I want to b. I did vive u credit bro I quoted tomahawks response but it was directed at your post. Your absolutely right I shoulve chilled, but she put me on the spot and I was truthful maybe it was a little jealousy cause she showed me a pic of her ex and that scum bag did look good. Idk...but what I do know is it'll b alright I'm good to all my shortys. I have 2 sisters so I treat every chick I hit with respect and honesty like I said in your log if your open with them from the jump they'll learn to accept you or they'll move on which is usually always the case with me, but I'm a big beliver in keeping doors open so when we part ways well still b friends and shorty will know if she wants a good conversation or some better d1ck perico is a phone call away.
 
So this week was kind of weird I OD on perks and Xanax Tuesday and didn't really came back around till Wednesday night my leg was still painful and was hard to bear weight so I got an old crutch and pushed my self to the gym for some chest &tris WO was weak sauce so I will not list it. Yesterday the pain was better and I did some back bad numbers I think I irritated my leg more today almost all the swelling is gone so I'm try and get some more chest and tris in a bit haven't done cardio in like 4 days I feel fat and restless Eventhough I'm pretty sure I didn't eat all day Tuesday....

So yeah basically my fault long weekend and being trying to study as much as possible...(wasn't much)

So cycle update I'm on my last week of Epi @ 75mgs got 2 weeks left katana at 650mgs. Today marks week 3 of test e cycle and I'm happy to say I finally got pinning down right! (took me long enough) It seems besides the fact that I was pinning with a straw, I was hitting my quads way to low. I actually took a 26g to my traps today did half a ml into each went smooth as fawk...hope I dint regret it later. My right quad is not swollen anymore but it's still sore and I don't have full ROM yet almost tho. Which dampers my plan of starting t3 and Helios this week as I want to take full advantage of them with cardio so I'll rest the leg up for this whole week and I'll start up next Monday :)

Weight is at 228 I'm up 11lbs! But look way leaner than when I started the epi/katana has done it's job at cutting me up rather well. Oh and lastly forma is at 4 pumps a day now just for estro control. Haven't been following my new routine cause of my stupid leg so I've just been doing individual body parts I go traps and delts in about 20mins then all day at class.

As far as shortys go I didn't really see or speak to Stephanie all week, spent entirely to much time with Kate, except for yesterday which she was pissed about...she bugged me out last thurs or Friday can't remember which day. We where laying up after smashing and she just turns and starts staring at me...I looked into her eyes for 2 seconds and just thought "dam ma chill with that. I'm not the one" turned her over and spooned her she got up mumbled something and went in the shower...I ordered her and her room mate some Chinese left money on the counter and got the **** out of there. Needless to say she seemed really happy the next day.
Stacy is coming home tomorrow!!! I'm super pumped Ive missed my girl..
 
As far as last night went it was a good night never made it to new York went to Albany instead. Didn't drink except for a half a body shot off some skank and it was Clicquot so it was mostly bubbles lol. We did get kicked out of that club tho, some Guido fukkboi was or at least I think he was making fun off me, either way he kept ****ing looking at me and I didn't like it so went up to him and asked him what the problem was he mumbled some **** and asked me what my problem was I told him "your wearing sunglasses in the club *** is night time douche" and punched him in the face. We kindly got escorted out. Yup aggression is def up, lol We went to some other piece of **** dive for a while and me and Joey who is on his last week of beast and was heavily drinking. Ended up leaving the group and went to some strip club and ended up leaving with these 2 girls whom weren't strippers but def professional whores lol we tag teamed them...one of them stole joeys phone lol. Good hallowen guys

Those BB rows on the bench are called spider rows. Ive seen actual machines like the T-bar row that are designed for this. Ive tried them not a big fan with the bench since i dont feel i get full range of motion like i do with a bent over bb row. Now i got a friend who wont do anything but spider rows so it may just be me lol.

Never tried seated front raises i bet theyre much harder. You killed it man my bodys aching just looking at that weight your throwing around!
