IT was alright not 100% if i got it right i couldnt keep my forhead on the bench but i got nice isolation from them.

Am cardio today was 30 mins on the bike. I got off work Early yesterday so I went and hit chest, I'm just do some arms today before school and call it a day. My legs are really sore this morning idk y I worked them out sat and all day I was fine then Sunday they starting hurting and today they are killing me. I hope that means they are growing! I might measure them in a bit, I haven't in a while cause since I'm cutting I'm expecting to loose some size but will see what's going on. Pluss this cut is really gona turn into a recomp since I'll most likely gain my weight back once I start the epi/katana but I'll def be at a lower bf% so I'm ok with that!

Geek hit me back last night about the Helios, I'm gona tapper of the t3 and try that for a bit. Today's cardio was 45 mins on the stepmaster. Will hit traps and shoulders after school and check my weight.

Nice. It is best if u r lifting with someone else. I suggest starting with the 20s and then drop to 15s. Dont stop until it really facking hurts. 15+ sets is what we ended up doing. Its an end all kind of thing though. U wont want to do anything afterwards trust me.
 
Today cardio was 45 mins on the stairmaster. Got home eat some oatmeal and dosed 30mg Epistrong F*ck yeah!

Will take another 30 an hour preworkout
 
alright so at 21:45 i took 3 caps need2slin, 22:00 had 60mgs epistrong with half a cup brown rice, a cup steamed cabagge anf 8oz grilled chicken all mixed up with 3 scoops of home made salsa, 22:30 hit 10 pumps forma, 4 scoops of jack3d. im out this bitch at 23:00 on the dot and im ready to **** up some weight!!!

I didnt hit legs Friday had to call out if work to catch up with some school work, but I did get my 45 mins am fasted cardio in and went for a nice run with Stacey in the afternoon. Dosed 60mgs epi split up in 2 doses, Yesterday along with my usual Supps, I'm down to 75mcgs on the t3 and I'm pretty sure my Helios comes today!!
Dosed 30mgs epi right now with breakfast will throw some forma on and I'll hit legs in a little.

Just got back from the gym, had a great leg day. Could be placebo but I think I felt the epi today. Pumps were good pretty much as usual and strenght didnt change but recovery was something else today. I mean I didn't want to leave I just felt really good did a lot of volume, prob more than I should have lol but I just felt good! Ended with 45 mins of cardio, on a ****ing leg day none the less. Ill post the wo later I'm bout to take a shower and get fresh I'm about to take my fave skank out tonight.
