45 mins cardio this am weighted my self after I showered i'm at 221.6, so I'm down 3.4lbs :) that's 11.4lbs in two weeks
 
Got traps shoulders and abs tonight. Ppl are starting to notice the weight loss and the compliments make me happy and keep me motivated.
 
Idk I feel like my arms are one of my worst bodyparts they are small comared
to everything else. Just measured them after I read your post they hit 16" exactly cold an unflexed. Maybe their not growing right cause of the way I'm trainning? What would you guys honestly sudgest?
 
Could be. They get so much work from pushing and pulling days. If i do an ARMS day its only 9 sets for tri's and 9 sets for bi's.
 
Had a quick shoulder/trap WO last night. Dropped the clen today took 2 adderillin, got sick durin my am cardio. I feel geeked the fukk out right now idk if I like it.

I was wondering when an AM update was coming in lol. Try starting off at 1 Adderillin. From what I have seen from feedback sh1t is strong.

man you should have read my log on it... it's really, really strong. start with one, for at least a couple of weeks before you pop 2 again. If you stack some green tea and cla with it, it will be even more effective at 1 pill because you wont feel like hell lol

Yeah I shuoldnt have popped 2. Idk if they were responsible for me getting sick this morning. But I'm really feeling crazy right now, I'm cold but I'm sweating and my heart is beating fast.. My charge asked me if I was on drugs im sure she ment it as joke but dam I must look like ****...maybe I'm taking to much stuff at once?

I'm already taking CLA, I have the reg green tea u know the kind u drink do u think that's alright, or should I get the caps?

Dosed at 0400 threw up the cassein shake I drank before I went to sleep during my am run and I'm still feeling cracked out...this is just not for me...ECA tomorrow.

yeah I think i cought a little something, cause i was feeling light headed all say and a bit stuffy, like my nose and ****. plus i hate throwing up! that just ****ed up my whole day.
But im feeling a lot better now! work has been pretty hectic today and I just felt off maybe the adderllin is not all to blame I shouldnt have dose 2 tabs...
I feel good right now tho! was finally able to get down a solid meal and my head is finnaly cleared im feelng pretty energetic and im I cant wait to get out of this bitch and hit up my back!

Yeah bro changeing the weight takes up to much time lol, I like hitting circuits but it all depends on how full the gym is.

Didn't get much sleep but I got a 9 page paper done last night that's not due for another 2 weeks and did some much needed laundry! I also planned out my next six cycles...idk why lol

I might try that circuit after I do some deadlifts on Monday. Wont be maxing again but it will still be a bitch. Thinking get as many reps as I can with like 585 and then an all out rep out with 405.

After that ur circuit should just plain murder me lol.

A.M. Cardio: took an other spin class, is the third time and it was defenatly easier today! Met these two girls Jamie and Stephanie who have been there the past two times, they seem pretty cool and look alright. They're both willpower and grace instructors at some other gym, in which Jamie is teaching a Zumba class not really sure what that is but they both kept asking me to come so I might...I guess worse come to worse I'll get to check out a new gym and meet so more girls.

Took 1 adderllin today 10 pumps forma 3 tabs bridge 2 need2slin, and 75mc T3.
I think I had allargies which seem to b going away. Anyway hope All you guys have a nice weekend

Its done on a stationery bike, so my gym has a room thats like maybe 15' x 20' theres ten bikes in a row and then The instructor is on one facing the others and she yells out diferent settings you should be setting the bike at, for a half hour or However long the class might be. Is pretty much HITT cardio but in a group so it's a bit more fun.

Not a lot of dudes usually do it, and most of the shortys look good. I was on creep mode one day and I just followed this one chick in that look good. Thinking it'd be a good conversation piece but that **** had me wiped out the first time I did, it gets hard sometime.

Now this whole zumba ****...idk what that's gonna b like but me and Joey are going tonight so will c how that turns out

I told Joey I hope he doesn't smash, I already know I'll hear that forever that he took some shorty from me but in reality I really do hope he gets to hit. Also I'll post my leg W.O when I get home, I hit 495 x 1 on squats (Tom I'm coming fawker!)
