I call some bullshiit on that squat max. Pretty damn sure u can do more.

and it just got me thinking... there should be a show like that about brown ppl. It should be filmed in the MIA like Jersey shore is but it would be called 8 Street latinos (i know theres that one website) but im just saying that would be some dope sh*t. I could picture some of us in that sh*t. me and MR.PR would be like mike and pauly with out the gay haircuts, and better bitches.for all the situation talks about i dont ever see him with a bad joint. SC would be ronnies big ass all wifed up, but trying to smash everything from test and tren. We wouldnt GTL we would GRP.. gym, rack, puff. we wouldnt take cabs to clubs like bed and that other whack **** im not nameing we would be crusing in impalas down collins going to Karu & Y, rolexx and wet willie's.... that would be some **** lol

anyway long as shift is over about to go to the gym for cardio and abs. will post last night work out later and it looks lie legs tomorrow!!!

the place was mad nice, they had a dance floor and everything, there was some oldhead playing salsa & merengue, shorty asked me to dance with her while we waited for the food i told her to fall back cause theres no way she could keep up with me, but she did i was surprised that bitch could move like she did. she lucky my legs were sore. the food was good. im sure your ,mom could hook up a better mofongo but theirs wasnt bad, and it was a nice break to have some good spanish rice, instead of the usual brown rice i eat. all and all a good friday she stayed over but didnt let me smash...its alright tho shes was cool pluss i have a whole semester with her so no need to rush.

so I've decided that i'm going to run hCG along side the epi/katana. I know a lot of you guys might think is not necessary but those compounds are still supressive and i like my nuts. so im looking at 250 IUs every four days starting two weeks into the cycle and ill drop like 10 days before I end. so wiht that pluss the pct i have lined up i think ill be pretty solid

oh! and im trowing some erase into the mix 2 caps a day...

upped the t3 to 75mcgs today! stayed with 200 on the clen, still 10 pumps of forma tried on tops of my feet, behind the knee and inner thighs, got the idea from Ace's log.
todays cardio was a spin class went much better with fresh legs and im loving all the girls there, the instructure and I were the only dudes.

oh just a thought but looking at my ever growing stash I might pulse some beast on my upcoming cycle :32: im thinking like 20mg MWF pre workout. idk whats everyone think about that?

I wasnt thinking about erase as far as a AI but more just to add to the cut, I'm prob just gonna keep it for my PCT, unless I end up running the sd..still kind of on the fence about it. as for the hcg I'm doing it, weather i need it or not I have tons of it so I might as well.

your right I'm getting a little off track, I just have so much **** I want to try. But yeah I'm here to cut. So the katana/epi combo is here for that the only thing that I'n gonna do is up the T3 since they are on board. I upped to 75 today and it feels great sweating like the first day. I'll prob tapper up to 100 and then taper down. Can't wait for my Katana to get here. I think if I don't have it by Friday I'll start the epi next weekend.
