I told u man and the stuff last forever too. Ya I usually just spread the chalk dust around enough so u cant really see it. I cant wait to see what u can deadlift with a squat like that. Never had a problem with my grip on deadlifts while using chalk and u know how much I use.
Now I will say there r people out there who truly need straps. My old wrestling coach was strong as an ox but had the stumpest hands ever. Just crazy short hands so he couldnt really wrap his hands around the bar.
 
Last night was good, first time beating on Forma. libido was way up, got the first nut like 15 mins in, she said she never been with a spanish boy before so i had to represent went nasty Bronx Zoo gorrilla style. caught a second wind and racked trough Trey day the whole album. (I know what you guys are thinking but this is a time in which listening to R&B isnt gay)

woke up in the morning at 5am and went for a jog to the track but when i got there the HS team was having am practice so i ran back the long way home didnt gps it so not sure on the distance but was but it took me a good half hour to make it back home. i got home to blueberry pancakes, i dont know how she pulled it off cause i didnt even know i had **** to make pancakes, they were dam good too. crazy thing im just thinking about as I write this is that i have 4 bottles test e 2 susts and one of test P in the fridge she must've seen it, she didnt mention it tho thats cool. took a shower she followed + 15-20 mins Am cardio ;) then i had her rub 5 sprays of forma on my back. told her it was lotion. i put an other 5 on my chest and arms took 25mcg T3 and upped the clen to 180mg. took my other supps as directed. Great way to start a day!

will up t3 next wednesday, havent checked my weight yet will also wait till next wed for that but i feel like my scrubs are a little looser. did chest and abs today wasnt my best workout this week, i'll post it tomorrow i left my book in my gym locker. also got my before pic just havent loaded it, might wait till the cycle is over.

Morning ****ers got a late start this AM just couldn't get the Fuk out of bed. Did a quick 20 min run around my block today. Is starting to get cold up here it was like 59 or some crap, def wasn't feeling it. Got home and did 15 hitt jumping rope shower eate took supps and applyed 10 pumps forma. After that hitting up arms and work. Looks like tomorrow will b a off day. (aside from am cardio) then Wednesday is back and I'm going for a PR on deads will see what happens.

today was good. vascularity is crazy my arms are looking like race tracks, my charge nurse kept touching my forearms saying they would never have a problem starting an IV on me. She was really feeling them too, i think I might've been flexing them a bit...allright i def was flexing them lol. Im almost sure this is due to the need2slin.

So tomorrow im gonna take off I work a 16hr shift anyway, and up my dose of T3 to 50mcgs I feel like all my supps are doing what they are supposed to im looking leaner and havent lost any strenght. wednesday will mark the first week I'll check my weight in the A.M. and will work back when i get out of work im gonna try and hit a PR on my deadlifts my current is 495 x 3 so im just gonna do a one rep max and try to go for 515 if it goes up ok ill add an other 20 but idk it might to much, will see.

Got up late this A.M. 15 mons HiTT on the jump rope. Took 180mg clen, 50mcg T3. All other supps same doses I started with. Showered and 10 pumps forma.
 
I feel like Im getting a goddam cold! I'm pretty sure is the change of temp, cold during A.M. Cardio and then hot during the day and then cold again. I hope is nothing.

On a different note the extra 25mcgs of T3 got me sweating something crazy.
 
work just sucks ass today. I was supposed to meet stacy for lunch but she had a O.R. case when we were gonna meet up, she told me she'd give me some top on one of the on call rooms. never happened :rant:

checked my BP today wasnt bad considering the 180mgs of clen it was 119/51
im bummed out about PP getting rid of their PH's, yet im excited to see what they are coming out with, pluss I have a pretty sweet stash :)

Ahh man! So just got home from the gym, did a six mile run at a moderate pace. Then hit abs I did every ab machine in the gym for 100 reps then hit crunches on the yoga ball. My ****s on fire! Legs were to burnt to do calfs so I'll work them tomorrow in the A.M.

The great news is! I got picked to log Katanadrol!!!! I'm about to take this cut to a while new level! Thanks to everyone that showed love on the give away thread and suggested I get picked. I won't disapoint you guys. And thanks to need2build for helping me achive the best physique ever.

That being said I took advantage of their sale a few weeks ago so I'm sitting on some epi strong. Everybody allready knows I'm stack it. So what's every one think? Should I run them together or should I bridge? If so which one first epi into katana? Doses? I'm fawkking stoked!!!
 
Well if Needto doesnt mind a stack Id say 4. Epi-Strong 45/45/45/45 and Katanadrol v2 250/250/250/250 or extend it out to 5 weeks with Epi-Strong at 30/30/45/45/45 and Katanadrol v2 set up the same way but start it on week 2.

The guy I lift with asked me to be his wingman on a double date tonight. Not really my steez. I like to just go in me only no distractions just straight get it in. But he keeps telling me his girls friend is just my type. I mentioned this cause we are going mountain bikeing (horrible idea for a first date, what are you thinking Joey?) so I'll get In a little extra cardio. guess these girls are really into sports and the outdoors so they should have nice bodys. Will see what happens if anything I'll keep this bitch distracted so my boy could have a good time with his girl.

Have to work around seven to 11pm then I'll go hit back and I'm thinking about my deadlifts I want to see what my 1 RM is gonna b tho I keep thinking I should hold off last thing I want is to hurt my self before going on cycle.
 
just a quick update just checked my weight im sitting at 225 on the dot, thats a eight pound drop in one week. not bad :slaphappy:

im also thinking about using some adderillin as a bridge on my off weeks of clen. I will also be adding need2guard to the cycle!

Sorry to hear about the whole crap with ur workout partner. I didnt lift either but workout partner had a different reason. Cant wait to see what u get on deadlift.

Nice I like that u r going up to 60 on Epi-Strong. That is of course if u have used it before. I personally handle it very well others arent so lucky. I think u should have a 2 week overlap but thats just my personal opinion. Dont need to make it a 7 week cycle. Ur PCT is very strong def wont have to worry about test coming back haha.

1 of my current workout partners used to be really sketch when it came to working out. Like we would talk about getting together and lifting but he would never tell me when. Or he would tell me like 20 minutes before and that sh1t doesnt work when Im taking supps like I do.

Needless to say things have changed. Idk if he has grown up a bit or he feels like I am on his level now since Im stronger. Im stronger on squat and deadlift than him :bigok:

I haven't used epi before so maybe I'll start at 45 for the first week and then go up. Like I said the cycle outlined above is just a roughdraft. I thought about 7 weeks just to extend the cut but, I think the 2 week overlap is a good idea. Thanks for all your help and advice Tom!
