Creatine Nitrate And GPLC

They both work amazing for pre-workout, but on off days they can both be used for increased nitric oxide levels for better nutrient absorption.

I use GPLC and Creatine Nitrate on off days at half dose.
 
Save money, just use them pre-workout. Using them at a non-efficacious dose would be a waste IMO. It's your money though, I'd just use it to get something else I'd want (or a nice steak).
 
Use them just for pre-WO. People forget that NO is a free radical is not something you want to have elevated at all times.
