creatine and fat burners?

kingDOM

New member
I heard that taking creatine and fat burners at the same time will cancel eaachothers affect. However, i work at *** and the guys that know more than me say it doesnt matter as long as there is nothing in the fat burners that affects your water weight. What do you guys think.

not going to cancel each other out. and any water weight from creatine would be negligible (the whole water weight thing is usually an excuse for people who aren't lean), so perfectly fine to take both together

So if im on a fat burner and creapure is it ok to use powerfull(usp labs pro hormone) too or is that too much.

You have a lot of reading to do.
Don't mention to people that you work @ a supplement shop too, BTW.

To answer your question, you can stack all those supplements. A fat burner with creatine is fine as well as Powerfull from USP. To gain & lose weight is plus or minus calories, that's it. The creatine will give you strength & the fat burner will give you energy & help blunt your appetite making dieting easier. You would use creatine to help keep your strength up while cutting your calories.

creatine takes water to your muscles....unless you are referring to a bloat from mono but i never get a bloat. if you are worried about that, take a different type of creatine that doesnt bloat.

Thanks. Im brand new to the workout world so i dont know everything. Im not a meathead so im not under the impression that im juiceing BTW. But thanks for the info people.

Bro u have a Ton of reading to do. Saying stuff like powerfull is ph is giving *** employees not a good name. First of all, powerfull is a gh booster. That's it. And i don't even think it does that. Just helps me sleep better. Second, there is no concern regarding creatine and fat burners.

we dont think you are juicing. YOU think you are juicing by thinking PowerFULL is a pro hormone which it isnt.

Whoever told you that doesn't know what they're talking about! You can stack creatine and fat burners together no problems (even if the fat burner contains diuretic properties)!

It will not cancel each other out.
Welcome to AnabolicMinds. This is a great place to learn and gain information.

Good Luck with your training.

This is not correct

Let's start over

What are your goals?

Perhaps we can tell you how best to achieve them as opposed to all this bad advice you're getting :)

I just lost 40 pounds. Now i was to cut a little more fat and get some more muscle mass in my arms and chest

Do you take any stims?

What's your diet look like?

You are eating a low fat and low carb diet? Soooo pretty much all protein? That will cannabalize muscle in no time and set the stage for some unwanted health hazards. Protein only diets are devastating. Don't do it. Short term gains are quickly offset by long term sides.

A simple and straight foward suggestion:

Don't get too caught up with all these supps and which do what etc. Supplement companies offer you the world with the most creative + deceptive advertisements you wil ever see - they want your cash!

Research reviews and feedback on products PRIOR to purchasing. That kind of knowledge (w/o getting ripped off by the the hyped up scammy advertisement) can only come by way of reading/researching and learning thru mediums like this board. Otherwise, your wallet and bank accounts will be depleted FAST with nothing to show for it.

If you can remember ONE thing and ONE thing only, remember this:
Generally speaking, supps account for NO MORE than a MAXIMUM of 5% of your final appearance in my opinion.

If you train hard AND consistently , work towards progressive results, eat clean and have a sensible strategy in place with respect to macros (protein/fats/carbs) you will have given yourself the foundation you need AND much of the physique you desire.

Then, once you've created this foundation, you can begin to tweak your diet, work outs, add some cardio here and there as well as some supplements that you have thoroughly investigated/researched - ones that may apply to YOUR unique needs with regard to what your goals are at that time.

Since fat loss and adding a little muscle seems to be your goal (like the rest of us), start off SLOW, SMART and SIMPLE.

Eat no less than your bodyweight in clean forms of protein, weight-train hard 5 days a week, log your results, attempt to progress (add weights/reps each work out) and create this necessary base.

Diet is a HUGE part of anyone's ability to achieve their goals. Sinced fat loss is on your list, learn to take a disciplined approach to eating. Educate yourself on how to eat clean. Sicne you've already been successful at that (congrats), keep learning and keep tweaking until you've truly plateau'd. THEN, start dabbling with supps.

If you really want to take something, a stim to assist/fasciliate with the fat loss (again, only if you feel like you need something).

Good luck

Great advice. Solid dude for taking the time and giving such a detailed response.

Congrats on getting in shape and trying to learn bro. Don't worry about a few people trying to make you feel dumb. There is alot more people willing to help out others. Good luck.

Let's get this out of the way -- GH boosters don't boost GH, none of them. The good ones will help your sleep. Likewise, you can more or less assume that all fat burners will not actually burn fat. Your diet should have plenty of carbs and fat and of course be high in protein. You can ask for more details on this, but calorie amount and protein amount are the keys and the rest matters very little in terms of the ratios, etc.

Exactly. It took me a long time to learn and understand the importance of good fats.

I don't like the term good fats because people get carried away with it (not saying you obviously :D). Diets higher in the PUFA:Saturated Fat ratio, at equal total fat content, result in significantly lower testosterone levels in males. Many people take it upon themselves to cut out saturated fats, when in reality, "healthy fats" are composed not only of your EFAs (fish, nuts, oils, etc) but also your dairy and meat, which are valuable sources of saturated fat. The key is fatty acid balance as I'm sure you know.

I've found that if you count calories and protein, your appetite usually has you eating a good amount/ratio of fats and carbs
