I heard that taking creatine and fat burners at the same time will cancel eaachothers affect. However, i work at *** and the guys that know more than me say it doesnt matter as long as there is nothing in the fat burners that affects your water weight. What do you guys think.
So if im on a fat burner and creapure is it ok to use powerfull(usp labs pro hormone) too or is that too much.

And i don't even think it does that. Just helps me sleep better. Second, there is no concern regarding creatine and fat burners.

My bad i meant growth hormone...i wanna stack it because i was told it blocks carbs in a way while increasing muscle mass. Like i said im fairly new
Whacked said:You are eating a low fat and low carb diet? Soooo pretty much all protein? That will cannabalize muscle in no time and set the stage for some unwanted health hazards. Protein only diets are devastating. Don't do it. Short term gains are quickly offset by long term sides.
A simple and straight foward suggestion:
Don't get too caught up with all these supps and which do what etc. Supplement companies offer you the world with the most creative + deceptive advertisements you wil ever see - they want your cash!
Research reviews and feedback on products PRIOR to purchasing. That kind of knowledge (w/o getting ripped off by the the hyped up scammy advertisement) can only come by way of reading/researching and learning thru mediums like this board. Otherwise, your wallet and bank accounts will be depleted FAST with nothing to show for it.
If you can remember ONE thing and ONE thing only, remember this:
Generally speaking, supps account for NO MORE than a MAXIMUM of 5% of your final appearance in my opinion.
If you train hard AND consistently , work towards progressive results, eat clean and have a sensible strategy in place with respect to macros (protein/fats/carbs) you will have given yourself the foundation you need AND much of the physique you desire.
Then, once you've created this foundation, you can begin to tweak your diet, work outs, add some cardio here and there as well as some supplements that you have thoroughly investigated/researched - ones that may apply to YOUR unique needs with regard to what your goals are at that time.
Since fat loss and adding a little muscle seems to be your goal (like the rest of us), start off SLOW, SMART and SIMPLE.
Eat no less than your bodyweight in clean forms of protein, weight-train hard 5 days a week, log your results, attempt to progress (add weights/reps each work out) and create this necessary base.
Diet is a HUGE part of anyone's ability to achieve their goals. Sinced fat loss is on your list, learn to take a disciplined approach to eating. Educate yourself on how to eat clean. Sicne you've already been successful at that (congrats), keep learning and keep tweaking until you've truly plateau'd. THEN, start dabbling with supps.
If you really want to take something, a stim to assist/fasciliate with the fat loss (again, only if you feel like you need something).
Good luck
Yea i take stimulent fat burners in the am and before a workout. My diet is very low carbs and fat.
Not a healthy combo. Fat should never be low.
Exactly. It took me a long time to learn and understand the importance of good fats.
Thanks guys...im glad i got this app..btw if i weigh 250 how much fat should i be taking in
