CraigMatthew's Epic Strength Phase with Cre-02 (sponsored)

Not at all. Some people do them with Barbells/Smith Machine, etc., but I prefer the jungle-gym (you know what I'm talking about, aye; I'm sure BPM has one) one because less stress on my back (even if it DOES leave bruises all over my shoulders because of the weight for a few days afterwards).

Um, ok. A jungle-gym is a machine that has several different exercise stations on the ONE machine (i.e. lat pull-down on one side, a high/low pulley on one side, a bench press/shrug on one side, and usually either a seated row or standing calf raise on the fourth side). You might know it as a 'multi-gym' or a 'multi-station' instead?

Personal Commentary: Good workout, endurance once again on Cre-02 is killer, allows the rests between sets to be shorter and intensity higher. Also managed some good numbers. Pump in the quads was huge. Will talk about Slin more as I feel what it does for me. Will be using it pre and post workout for that anabolic insulin spike.
 
Update: Also as of next week I will be doing a strength phase rather than hypertrophy. So we can see how this creatine helps with pure strength gains for 3-4 weeks.

Personal Commentary: Chest workout was good, managed some good numbers, set a new PR for incline DB press and it felt easy as well. Triceps went well, didn't get massive strength but endurance was really high so did drop sets a lot. Pump was great in the triceps. Took 3 Slin post workout with some protein and carbs, we will see how the fullness goes from that.

Hey thanks Matt, the PR was good, but i was surprised at the ease it went up at. I told myself I'd go for 6 as I'd never done it and ended up getting a fighting 8. Pleased with that!

Rest day tomorrow, think I'll need it, quads hurt, glutes hurt, and triceps and chest will hurt shortly.

Hey thanks man, the immune system is back up now, and muscle memory is kicking in. I'm now back to my old strength levels, so PR's should be a reality now. A 4 week set back but I plan on getting those 4 weeks back through sweat :)

Good luck getting that huge Zambian egg mate!

1 serving Orange Triad in the morning and another with evening meal.
Anabolic Pump 2 times per day with high carb meals.
Slin when rising with breakfast, 3 caps

Day 16: Rest Day
Well deserved rest day, feeling good, quads are still tender and chest is a bit sore, and I'm surprised triceps aren't sore as I gave them a good thrashing. Look lean and full and mood elevation is still apparent of cre-02. I seem to be getting leaner and leaner thanks to PA when taken with high carb meals. I get leaner but look fuller and strength is going up. So obviously not looking LBM. I'm starting to feel cre-02 is kicking in strength wise now as well.

Personal Commentary: Endurance was good again today, and managed some good weight, got a PR on incline bicep curls. Back section went well, with seated row strength getting back to where it was when I did my Epi cycle. endurance high, strength good. Next week strength should be even better and I expect a few new PR's.

Personal Commentary: Shoulder workout from hell, lots of drop sets, got a new PR on lateral raise. Press went well as well. Really great pump, and looked really full. Will weigh myself start of next week. Weighed myself the other day and I was still 88kg's but much leaner than I was when i was last at this weight. I look bigger at this weight than i did when i was 8lbs heaver, shows what a big difference a drop in bodyfat can do. I'd say I'm round 7.5%bodyfat now. Leanest I've been in maybe 3-4years

Hey thanks for the comments brother, Ive been dosing Slin at 3 caps PWO now, seems to go well with my shake and two bananas. When I try 4 caps I may have to throw is some more CHO's.

I'm pretty sure there will be more coming, it was just a matter of time, recovering from my two flues and now that I'm back to 'normal' I'm able to push (along side cre-02) and now should be able to hit some good numbers. Next week will be epic, I have two rest days in a row, although tomorrow I'm playing a game of rugby so we will see how the cre-02 holds up for 80minutes of anaerobic work.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at your rugby game. I've used it for tennis and football now and loved both.

Yeah I look forward to using Cre-02 for the game, should be interesting, I almost imagine solid calve pumps.. and good endurance... which should allow me to kick some major ass. Supplements, a beautiful thing ;)

hey brother! Yeah the Slin seems sweet. Been taking 3 pre workout and on non-workout days I've been taking pre breakfast.

Day 19: Rest Day (Rugby)
Personal Commentary: was a damn fun time, great run around. Two MASSIVE blisters on both big toes which are now killing me... really hampered my progress in the second half being in so much pain and being to painful to step off either feet. Endurance was great, sweated hard but hardly felt tired at any stage. So the endurance/recovery aspect of Cre-02 was amazing. My running lines and stepping today was another story.. haha. Think there is another social game at a park near em tomorrow if the suns out so I may even play again tomorrow but I'll wear sneakers and save my poor feet more pain.

yeah it is ouch... i need new boots that's for sure. Will skip legs tomorrow as they are pretty tired, so will do chest and triceps.

Personal Commentary:sisters birthday today so I will be going out for a big roast dinner which will be awesome for carbs and protein. Feeling pretty fresh after yesterdays game, recovered well. Legs are feeling it though, glutes are a bit tired.
 
Update: Calves and obliques are sore from the rugby game so skipped legs this morning and just rested.

While I'm at work this evening I might jump in for a cheeky workout with one of the boys there if they don't mind... and if my boss isn't looking. I dosed my cre-02 like 5-6 hours ago.. so might not be effective, but we will see, if I'm busy at work I wont have time anyway.

Personal Commentary: Well like I said earlier didn't realise I was going to fit in a training session today so took my cre-02 WAY before the workout. Still managed some good strength and rep numbers though, and pump was still good. Got a new PR on dumbbell tricep press (behind the head ones when seated) The PR was actually more than 10lbs higher than last week, so that's massive really. Tried as few new exercises as well so was hard to compare strength to last time but I was VERY happy with the numbers I was putting up.

Side note: Had the biggest guy in the gym come up to me and complement me on my progress of late and to quote, "Wow your really pumping up... anything you want to tell me?" haha thinking I might be on steroids... classic, but still felt good to hear as he is huge!
