Cortisol Lowering Supps

Whacked

Well-known member
Anyone still use these? ReduceXT, Lean XTreme, 11-oxo etc

If so recently and you enjoyed your run, post your cycle and which product was used.

Thanks

In for information. I've never used cortisol control products before BPS Elimistane. Logging this now.

I have had good experiences with Evomuse AMMO for cortisol control, I try to incorporate it deep in cutting phases to keep off any extra inflammation/fluid because I still train hard

Reduce XT still gets plenty of usage, as does Erase Pro for it's impact on cortisol. Little less talk around Lean Xtreme and 11-oxo isn't considered a dietary supplement at this point I believe.

Thanks peeps !!

Dose 2-3g of vitc a day IMO

Old LX was good but new I dont hear much of. Reduce XT is a solid option as is Evomuse Ammo.

Use pre bed and in the AM

Got a couple of bottles, will give it a try in my next PCT, do you just split the dose 3 times per day? Morning/Afternoon/Night

I know for me all I would need to do to lower cortisol is stop drinking a pot of coffee a day lol÷

Reduce XT is by far the most effective . Eradicate E(same ingred as original Erase) is available for 17.49 nutraplanet

I tend to prefer the original erase. Reduce xt is good stuff.

in my experience it depends on your day

If I'm generally tired in the morning or sluggish I know I won't be dosing at night

Waking up tends to require some cortisol to rise and allow for day to start

So it really all depends on the persons rhythm

I've had diabetic clients with the "dawn phenomena" use 100mg pre bed with 1 cap recompadrol and drop their morning sugars

So I think this is very individualized

Reduce XT is among the better products you could get for cortisol control.
I believe TFSupplements has the lowest regular price on it at $22.95

Other good options would be an arimistane product such as Eradicate E, or a PS product (Soy Lecithin would actually be a great source of PS for this among other benefits)

I loved the original DS LX. Evomuse AMMO is legit. If anything, it worked too well for me. At full dosage, it made me a bit listless and my joints were pretty sore. Changed to half dose EOD and it worked great, my midsection leaned out dramatically.

Fellas. Correct me please if I am mistaken but didn't MrCooper (?) once sat that these cortisol modulators will not affect the joints as they are targeted (somehow?) in fat (catabolic) and muscle tissue (anti-catabolic)?

Depends on the ingredient.

I was referring to 7-keto derivatives specifically, as 11bhsd is chiefly localized to brain, liver, and adipose

1.2g of PS in 20g Soy lecithin sound right?

Optima soy lecithin. No PS on the label. PA and other phospholipids are on the label. But PS should be there
