Is there anything OTC that can curb cortisol? or help out with it? I would like to get all the help i can with stomach fat, and what not. I keep hearing the body producing cortisol is the cause of it. Im probably wrong, so please re educate me and let me know.

Cortisol is not the ONLY reason why people gains bodyfat around their midsection - overeating with a lack of exercise is the primary cause.

As far as cortisol control, there are many products out there that can help with this. Just a few - and those I recommend:
* Erase
* Invalid Link Removed
* Lean Xtreme
* Topical 7-keto DHEA
* Vitamin C

You don't need supplements for cortisol control, either - learn stress management, get more sleep, etc. all work as well.

However, supplements are NOT what you should first be looking at for fat loss - look at your NUTRITION AND TRAINING. Review Invalid Link Removed for comprehensive advice and information on nutrition, supplementation (only the Invalid Link Removed - creatine, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, Invalid Link Removed, and Invalid Link Removed - required), and training for effective and successful fat loss.

all great products. I typically use endoamp but would like to try lean extreme. Doesnt IBE make a cort control product as well? X lean?

As another user mentioned, first thing to take into account is your diet and training as these will make the biggest diffrences in terms of weight loss.

Howeve if your set on using a cortisol controller(which is one of the better type of fat burners IMO) then i would have to recommend either Lean Xtreme by DS or Lean FX by AX. Ive used both with super awesome results so you really couldnt go wrong using either one.

The thing about Invalid Link Removed is that it can be used as a staple.

The original Lean Xtreme was great - the reformulated version didn't do much for me, though.

Yes, X-Lean is a cortisol controller.

Endoamp max does a great job if you have the money, I dosed mine 1 hour preworkout or just first thing in the am on non workout days. Vitamin at 3 grams daily should also help with cortisol, bb.com had their house brand cortished, not sure if that's still around but worked well in one of my pct's a while back.

Dont forget bcaa's. Studies show that after a month of supplementing with this, it reduced levels of cortisol. The best out there right now

This is exactly true, and as Hatefulone said Vitamin C dosed well would compliment it very nicely. The nice part about EndoAmp is it is very well rounded, not only does it feature SerinAde® for Cortisol control, it also features Alpha Size® which can stimulate growth hormone.

Great all around product: Invalid Link Removed.

That reminds me that I'm almost out. Time to order some more. It's been a staple for the better part of 2 months for me.

Gotta second you on the reformulated Lean Xtreme. Same with the 2nd Activate Extreme, haven't tried the new version. Always wanted to add in some Endoamp, haven't gotten there yet.

I have yet to try the reformulated Activate Xtreme - not sure when and if I will though, since I've already found my "best" Testosterone booster and stack.

Invalid Link Removed not only helps with cortisol control, but Alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine amplifies Growth Hormone release as well. Definitely a product to try when you can.

7-Hydroxy-DHEA potent cortisol suppressor with great oral bioavailability.
Reduce XT by SNS ;)

Cissus Quadrangularis do not suppress Cortisol, but rather block cortisol receptors. dosages vary significantly.
