I had to bow out remember? I got picked for a different fat burner stack to log but that's awesome that you guys considered me thank you for that!!

I'm def going to log the hell out of these products, I'm doing this Crossfit training getting ready for some upcoming competitions so I am sure I will lean up nicely. I'm going to try and make sometime to throw my bodybuilding style lifts in there too. I'm Def enjoying the Olympic lifting part of the training. I know many bodybuilders, myself included, frown on Crossfit but I just fell in love with the competitiveness of it. So this log will be slightly different than my past logs, my past logs have been high volume, high energy, heavy weight training. So I am interested to see the results i put together with this training and the stack. Either way I will do my best.

I like crossfit. Meaning I like Olympic lifts mixed with ISo work.

I always incorporate squat cleans and snatches into my workouts along with front squats and deads.

Bro no doubt in my mind with what your going to be logging you will have veins everywhere. More then likely you'll be soo ripped even your ballsack will have abs (no noodz please)

Lol, I'm hoping. I've been slacking for too long and need abs, although not on my sack lol. Yeah the Olympic lifts are great bc I don't have experience with them. I'm new to a lot of these lifts so it has my Interest. But I will keep disciplined and make this stack work.
 
Missed a package today and I can't pick it up until tomorrow. So I'm guessing its the stack. So I will be starting this upon receiving it.

Yeah there were actually 2 tracking numbers on the pink sheet they left at my door so it may be both. I'm picking them up tomorrow morning and ill start ASAP, that's if it is the goods.

The new label is heaps better in my opinion. Very glossy and tasteful. I need to get a shirt to start advertising here is Aus for recompadrol.

I'm gonna do some screen printing with some ideas.
 
Ok, I have all the packages, the last one arrived today. I am going away for the weekend so I will start my log officially Monday. I am not lean at all right now so this should be a great shred and I'm looking forward to great results.

Issue: I have been having shoulder problems lately and I finally decided to go to the orthopedic bc last week I woke up and couldn't move my arm. I had an MRA today and will get my results this Monday. No matter what the doctor tells me I am going to diet and lift what I can to shred up for this log. I will just be very limited in what I can do depending what the doctor says. I have been resting for the last week and a half or so.
