Cooking with whey

I have the magic bullet size ninja and it gets pretty hot quite often. Especially with thicker things. Been wanting a larger blender but don't use it often enough to justify it

I don't want a massive blender either but this will get the job done
I whipped up a shake with it and put a lot of ice in it like i do with my magic bullet.
This thing pulverized through the ice and made a 5x thicker shake. I dig it already.
I like this thing already :)

Why not use the one I used above and for all my cookie recipes?

Rocket3015 requested me to send him some of those Reese Pieces cookies, So I will let him vouch for how good they were. Even if his tastebuds are 50+ Years old :) :) :) :)
Would you add oats to that? Or sub something else out for them?

I'm wanting to use some of the MyOatmeal blends for the highlighted flavor.

Carrot Cake Layered Protein cake!
Made a small protein cake, cut it in half, then layered with a modern protein pudding and shaved a carrot on top. Super easy but looks great

Hard at work baking today, 5 hours into it now

Few more hours to go, headed to Fedex to priority this all to Florida, then we wait for feedback (I nailed these, should be my final batch and finished recipes)

Then we wait for these to hit the market

Fried/overheated it plenty of times but it always starts back up.

Killed a blade piece doing brownies once

I think it had to do with the blending of the garbanzo beans + Honey for the recipe. Then threw in all the dry and tried to mix it up and it took like 5 minutes to finally blend it all together and then it just died.

I have had the damn thing for about 5 years so maybe it was just due...

Sooooo I winged these but I only use a few ingredients so here it goes ??*♂️
-----------------------------------------
-40g of Powdered PB (~a protein scoop)
-1/2 scoop of Modern vanilla
-2oz of @Fairlife skim milk
Pour 1/2 of the batter ~1/4 of the height of the liners and place in freezer for about 15 minutes

Note: any milk will do but I like actual dairy because it doesn't become "icy"
The thickness should be easy enough to pour or spoon into the silicone liners but not too thick

-20g of special dark Cocoa
-1/2 scoop of chocolate Modern
-1oz of fairlife
Mix and fill liners above the initial PB layer
Freeze for another 15 minutes

Fill with remaining PB mix
Freeze
Enjoy

Crust is creamy PB, protein powder, cocoa powder and water mixed, layered, and baked for 12 min.

I HATE Cheesecake, but I like this. Probably because the PB. Thanks Dylan.

Well PB cheesecake is a good one to like, try ordering it if you see it on a dessert menu somewhere now too
