Cooking with whey

Any replacements for peanut flour? lol

Trying to make Driven2lift 's most recent recipe and tried 2 grocery stores and couldn't find any. At Kroger found literally 10+ different kinds of flours, but no peanut.

PB Lean or PB2 and regular AP flour (extra) work?

Saw where I can order it online, but was wanting to make those tonight or tomorrow.

Well, Driven2lift is the man, so I'm happy I made one of his that didn't look awful like my last attempt lol.

I did double so I could take this to dinner with friends and I probably added 3 cups of water to finally get the consistency right. But once it did, it was awesome

If you get a surge of new fb likes, Dylan, you can thank me with cake ??

Looking good in here guys!

M&M cookies are my new craving of the night now though, thanks Bob

I got a lot of things in the mail the past few days. One thing I got, blew my mind. I contacted Kodiak Cakes to see if there was a mistake. I don't recall ever sending them my information. Once they confirm this was for me, I'm cracking it open and getting my waffle game on.

Haha why would you even call? Thanks for the waffles KC!

They got back to me today. Apparently I filled out a survey about 2 months ago for them. They sent everyone some type of care package for the time and effort. Hell of a package for a simple survey.

Damn, no kidding! They don't play around

Bob, those cookies look awesome!

Money, that is truly the definition of food porn lol!

So I have a ton of custom blends from myoatmeal; anyone have a link to a solid base proatmeal cookie recipe for me?

Wanna play around with the different PB Leans/PB2 and extras and just create some different cookies.

With my EMT course done, I want to spend more time in the kitchen this new year.

Anyone have a good ice cream recipe? Got an ice cream maker for Christmas and wanna make some strawberry ice cream with my Myofeed.

The more fat in it the creamier it can be though, use 2% milk or higher for a more ice creamy treat

I've done a few batches with about 1/2 cup of cream added too, so good.

Bob, when you make your cookies, do you flatten them out when you put them on the baking sheet, or just put a scoop of the batter and leave it?

had to go out and buy a new blender today.
Usually use my magic bullet for all my recipes and went to make protein cookie dough with caramel cookie stix. Thing got so hot it died.

So now i got a ninja that has 900 Watts instead of 250 watts.

Round 2 coming later this week when i get free time.. Epic fail = Epic. Damn Blender.

I have the magic bullet size ninja and it gets pretty hot quite often. Especially with thicker things. Been wanting a larger blender but don't use it often enough to justify it
