16g protein, 8g carbs, 2g fat í*½í¹
(Yields 8 slices)
Ingredients:
í*½í´¹500g FF cream cheese
í*½í´¹175g 0% Greek Yogurt
í*½í´¹1 scoop Select milk chocolate protein
í*½í´¹15g light cherry jam
í*½í´¹2g no sugar added cherry Jello powder
í*½í´¹2 large eggs
í*½í´¹5g stevia
í*½í´¹5 ml vanilla extract
í*½í´¹30 ml Walden Farms chocolate syrup
Directions:
í*½í´¹Leave ingredients out to reach room temperature before beginning.
í*½í´¹Preheat oven to 350, grease a 9" spring-form pan
í*½í´¹In a large mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and greek yogurt until smooth
í*½í´¹Mix in all other ingredients but syrup
í*½í´¹Transfer to spring-form
í*½í´¹Zig-zag chocolate syrup on top, rake with a fork, then swirl.
í*½í´¹Bake for 42 minutes, remove and let cool.
í*½í´¹Devour.
The macros on this are amazing. I could live off of that and make it work lol. Any chance of getting this recipe in imperial measurements? As in cup, spoon, etc...
