Ingredients:
í*½í´¹500g FF cream cheese
í*½í´¹175g 0% Greek Yogurt
í*½í´¹1 scoop Select milk chocolate protein
í*½í´¹15g light cherry jam
í*½í´¹2g no sugar added cherry Jello powder
í*½í´¹2 large eggs
í*½í´¹5g stevia
í*½í´¹5 ml vanilla extract
í*½í´¹30 ml Walden Farms chocolate syrup

Directions:
í*½í´¹Leave ingredients out to reach room temperature before beginning.
í*½í´¹Preheat oven to 350, grease a 9" spring-form pan
í*½í´¹In a large mixing bowl beat together cream cheese and greek yogurt until smooth
í*½í´¹Mix in all other ingredients but syrup
í*½í´¹Transfer to spring-form
í*½í´¹Zig-zag chocolate syrup on top, rake with a fork, then swirl.
í*½í´¹Bake for 42 minutes, remove and let cool.
í*½í´¹Devour.

Lol legit the first recipe I have even written out this way, because I was just asked to the day before.

1.5 scoops CnC Select Protein
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 large eggs
2tsp stevia
Topping:
1 scoop CnC Select protein + water
Optional Topping:
Chocolate syrup (Walden Farms)

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients
Beat your eggs, combine with other liquids, mix and stir into main bowl.
On a non-stick pan, preferably a small one, I like to use butter on my surface here, you can, or any non-stick. Turn stovetop on medium
scoop about 1/4 cup into your pan each time
Let cook until bottom firms, flip for another minute, transfer to plate
If desired add a spread between layers, or top at the end as I did
My CnC topping here was legitimately Protein + water, having a quality protein that tastes this good makes a world of difference.

Ingredients:
?1.25 cups WW flour
?1 scoop Blondie Select protein
?1 banana
?2 eggs
?1 cup 0% Greek Yogurt
?1/4 cup Splenda, or 2-3 tsp stevia
?1.5 tbsp oil of choice (I used a light EVOO)
?1 tbsp Walden Farms syrup
?1tsp stevia
?0.5 tbsp baking powder
?1 tsp Brandy extract
Optional Tiramisu Topping:
?Light Whipped cream
?cocoa powder
?Instant Coffee granules

Directions:
?Pre-heat your mini-muffin tray or oven (350) and grease your tray
?Blend everything for batter together
?Fill moulds 2/3 each, bake by maker directions (likely 15 mins) or in an oven until a toothpick comes out clean.
?Pierce tops with fork, boil water and make a small, strong brewed coffee (few tbsp), pour over each.
?Let Cool, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa
?Devour.

Ingredients:
1 scoop CPBC Select protein
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oatmeal (I used custom chocolate brownie MyOatmeal oats)
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp light margarine
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Stevia
1/3 cup Walden Farms syrup
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup salted, toasted peanut halves

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375, grease 2 muffin pans
Whisk together all dry ingredients, not chips or peanuts
Mix in all wet ingredients, stir in the chips/nuts
Pull off chunks and flatten into your muffin pans, yields about 20 but you can pick your cookie size here.
Bake 8 minutes, let cool. (Also great warmed)

Frosted Churro Protein Pancake Stacks!

680 cals/serving (makes 2, topped)
60g protein, 65g carbs, 17g fat

I used Frosted Churro protein from FINAFLEX here, thanks again for the hook-up guys.

Ingredients:
2 cups Kodiak Cakes Powercakes mix.
2 scoops Protein
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 large eggs
2 tsp stevia
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter extract (not necessary)
Optional Topping:
1 cup light whipped cream
cinnamon/sugar (or sweetener) sprinkle

Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together dry ingredients
Beat your eggs, combine with other liquids, mix and stir into main bowl.
On a non-stick pan, preferably a small one, I like to use butter on my surface here, you can, or any non-stick. Turn stovetop on medium.
Your batter should be as thick as standard pancake batter, add more milk as needed. scoop about 1/3-1/2 cup into your pan each time.
Let cook until bottom firms, flip for another minute, transfer to plate
Top if desired
Devour.

you guys can split the 50%, gotta pay boone. one of those batches you make could give him diarrhea for a month. :dump: Most likely we would be on the floor laughing after reading how your batch of fudge swirl gave him cramps that forced him to wear a diaper some days cause he was leaking. Anyone who would had diarrhea for a month and wore a diaper, might make them a little gun shy about testing another product. lmao

The only way we get boone to eat our stuff is if we create a broccoli protein powder. The guy eats more broccoli than all of us combined, and puts grocery stores out of stock.
